"Hotel Ralf was an excellent choice for our stay in Algiers. The hotel is modern, stylish, and located on a hillside overlooking the city, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy streets. Walking down to the city center is easy and enjoyable, although the uphill walk back can be a bit challenging. Fortunately, taxis are inexpensive and readily available if you prefer not to climb. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Another great convenience is a small market nearby that stays open until late at night and stocks a surprising selection of foreign goods, making it perfect for picking up snacks or travel essentials. The hotel was comfortable, the service was great, and the location worked perfectly for exploring Algiers. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Algeria."

Reception staff were helpful throughout especially Yazid on the evening shift. We were even given a complimentary breakfast on our final day. We don’t think they get many English visitors (this is Algeria!) so an opportunity to test out English speaking too which we found was good throughout."

Breakfast was poor and barely edible. Honestly, I could keep going for hours about how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs!"

"We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too. with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble ."

"I checked in was told there was no reservation for me. Anyhow the property gave me a different room. Looks like someone already used the room that the property gave me. The toilet is with pee on the floor. Someone pee on the floor! Wifi not working. Shower head was puncured evrywhere , so I took it off. Breakfast just 2 types of croissant and cakes. Not even fruits or fresh juices or eggs and fresh white bread. The kitchen terribly dirty. Very dissapointing ."
