Mecca Hotel Alexandria

They charged me a double room while I booked for a single and they didn't want to give me the rest of money until I leave.. A friend of mine left me a bag at the hotel before I arrive, full of food and stuff.. and a worker opened the bag and took some food from it and the manager did nothing about that, I asked him to check the camera to see who did that and he refused and kept apologizing. Worst hotel ever

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, hôtel bien situé et très bon marché avec une chambre vue sur la mer. Le lieu est propre et le personnel aux petits soins, dans un lieu très beau avec marbres et miroirs, pour une somme modique comparativement au service fourni. Nous recommandons.
