For a while now we have been on the lookout for somewhere different to go for an enjoyable and high quality meal. We decided to take a drive here to try out the restaurant. We appreciated the range of choices and the friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed a range of options from the menu and loved the meal. There were options to cater for a vegetarian diet as well as plenty of options for the carnivore in our party. We were welcomed extremely well and invited to see the spectacular outdoor space - what a beautiful surprise! We have booked in for another meal this week. Fab!

Went here for a new year gala dinner. (B&B+dinner) The hotel location is wonderful, sitting on high land commanding excellent views. The swimming pool and facilities looked very good. (though too cold to use!) The hotel rooms are very well appointed and are on the luxury side. Very clean and modern. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom has a splendid walk-in shower. Very clean and comfortable. The dinner, seven course was excellent, both in presentation and taste. A truly gastronomic delight. Additionally the wine list suits every pallet. Can recommend the Portia Crianza - super smooth & light on tannins. After a great dinner, followed by dancing and a few drinks , we needed a decent breakfast the next day. We were not disappointed, a wonderful ham omelette, cooked to perfection. Overall all the hotel staff were polite, helpful and made the stay a positive experience. All in all a great stay at a wonderful location. We will be back in early summer as the pool will be warmer enough to use!

This hotel is beautiful. It's position has a wonderful view of the nearby Sierra Espuna, the building itself is majestic and has been restored to its former glory with fantastic quality and really, in my opinion, excellent taste. The restaurant is beautiful and the food from the tapenade to the solmerejjo to the steak to the salmon to the flan were just brilliant. Probably the best meal I have had in Spain in the 42 years I have been visiting. All cooked by a Basque genius called Raul and his charming team. This is a superb experience.

We hebben hier enkele dagen overnacht en gegeten. Door het voorseizoen was het erg rustig. De chefkok was van grote klasse en heeft ons verblijf onvergetelijk gemaakt van ontbijt tot lunch en diner. Wat kan deze man koken .De kamers zijn prima en modern ingericht. Een pluim voor iedereen

Un lugar para ir en pareja en plan tranquilo y disfrutar de las vistas la piscina y la comida todo espectacular ver por la tarde noche el atardecer con toda sierra Espuña en frente una botella de vino y la paz que se respira no tiene precio.

Dimos con este hotel por casualidad, a través de Internet, como destino para pasar 3 noches. Superó con mucho nuestras expectativas y nos deparó un puente de Mayo magnífico. El servicio es muy amable, el hotel un casón de finales del XIX acertadamente restaurado y aislado en un otero desde el que se divisan las Sierras Espuña y Tercia, la cocina cuidada y de calidad, los precios inusualmente moderados, las habitaciones amplísimas y limpias y la piscina de ensueño. El entorno natural brinda a cualquier amante de la naturaleza mil atractivos: cantiles fosilíferos, vegetación mediterránea y estaparia, muchísimima ornitofauna y parajes de belleza muy singular. Un destino acogedor y con mucho encanto para repetir. Gracias por todo. PD: ¡¡tabla de 8 quesos de la zona, algunos premiados en certámenes internacionales, por 14 euros!! De haber sabido el precio de antemano la hubiéramos cenado todos los días.
