We stayed for 10 nights, overall it was very good. The standard rooms are very small. There’s no bathroom door which lacks privacy. The breakfast buffet was one of the biggest and yummiest. The pool is a decent size however you have to secure a sun bed early or be prepared to wait until 1-4pm for an empty one. The hotel bar is very good, sometimes you have to wait a while (30minutes sometimes) for drinks or food to arrive. The food truck next to the bar serve up some delicious food. The wristbands as your keycard are an excellent idea. Towards the end of our stay there were frequent power cuts and the A/C didn’t work which made it hard to relax and sleep. The area near is very tourist orientated however a short walk to the Port provided a better experience. 4/5 stars.

Do not choose this hotel for holiday. The staff started cleaning at 8 am. Waking up from slamming doors, vacuum cleaning, knocking doors, staff shouting to each other etc. And this on a holiday hotel where breakfast is served from 8-11. We complained several times, but no changes. Really stupid. Also, the bathroom/toilet solution is completely hopeless and not what you will like. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel was really quiet and peaceful and we absolutely loved it! Rooms were clean and pool view was beautiful. Pool area was big enough and had many sunbeds to choose from. Breakfast had also multiple choices and was good quality. We only had one problem with the room key but the staff helped us quickly with it and was really kind. We staid for seven days and would have loved to stay even longer, we’ll defenetly come back to this hotel!

I've just returned from a 5 day, 4 night solo trip here and was really impressed! As a solo female traveller, I was looking for an adults only stay that was peaceful, safe, relaxed, close to the beach & with a lovely pool, and the hotel really delivered! On arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms and other areas are spotlessly clean. The pool area has a very relaxing and calm feel to it, with a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect atmosphere to relax in. There's the option to order drinks and food from the bar which I thought were very reasonably priced, these can be brought to your lounger or you can grab a table. Other guests were also polite and respectful which is always lovely. The breakfast area was so spacious, with indoor and outdoor seating, options for hot food E.g English breakfast/fry up, continental breakfast or fruit, cereal and pastries. Lots of juices, choice of breads etc. The selection on offer was very tasty and nourishing and coffee is made to order which gives that personal touch. My room was spotlessly clean, overlooking the front of the hotel, the maid service was also very thorough and said hello every morning. Bed I found very comfy and there is a choice of pillow service at reception. Air con in rooms and enough storage. There are TVs with Netflix, so it was great to enjoy a late night series after a long day at the beach. Staff were lovely and particularly helpful booking me a transfer to Palma airport via taxi when my previously booked coach transfer fell through. There is a supermarket opposite for essentials like water, snacks, cold drinks for your room. Fridge in room was great. There is an Aldi about half a mile walk away if you need anything further or want to keep costs super low. Location wise, this part is quite a touristic area but it's peace and tranquility as soon as you step in the hotel. You also have the benefit of being 5 mins walk from the beach! A few tips - you can walk along the beach to the port and there are plenty of options for dinner there. I loved C'an Punyetes tapas restaurant here, amazing service and food. The old town is also about a 35 min walk away so I went here another night for delicious tapas at Sa Portassa but I'm sure you can get a bus or taxi too. I did note a couple of things - like other previous reviewers on here have noted there is not so much privacy in the bathroom area, as the loo and shower share a door, but as a solo traveller this didn't bother me, if I was travelling with a future partner it probably would! There was also a problem with water running down off the shower door but I just cleaned this up with a towel each time. Other reviewers mention noise from cleaning from 8am but sound does carry in corridors and they have to do their jobs so this didn't bother me. Overall I was really impressed by this hotel and will return as soon as I can! Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

This hotel lives up to and beyond its rating. I was injured while on holidya nd without exception I was given fantastic service. The staff al show compassion and care. Some of the rooms are a little small but the pool and restaurant are very good. There are plenty of beds and no towels placed to secure a spot which is highly refreshing. The prices of the food and drinks are very reasonable and not more expensive than any where else, in fact the food is better and cheaper. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

Had a very enjoyable 1 week stay at the THB Bamboo hotel in Alcudia. The hotel is very clean and modern and is well located with easy access to nearby bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach is only a short 5 - 10 mins walk away. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and I found the hotel very calm and relaxing being Adults only. The buffet style restaurant has a good variety of food and overall, I found it to be very good. There is also a food truck located outside near the pool area which was excellent where they have a good selection of salads, burgers, snacks and other food offerings. The double room I had was comfortable, quiet and furnished to a good standard but perhaps a little small but perfectly fine for a one week stay.

The THB Bamboo is a modern hotel in a good location with great views over the lake. We stayed for one week in July on a half-board basis in a pool/lake view double room. Positives The hotel has a lovely pool area, among the best we have experienced and it was never a problem getting a sunbed at all times of the day The hotel is spotless everywhere and rooms are cleaned daily The staff are all friendly and welcoming and service is very good in all departments The food is good, probably the best we have experienced in a Spanish 4-star hotel and we found the half board option to be excellent value for money. Drinks and Snack prices are very reasonable. The aircon is excellent, the room TV has multiple international channels, Netflix, YouTube and even the ability to cast your smartphone to the TV via the Hotel WIFI, all very modern tech. The gym is modern and well-equipped Less positive As others have mentioned the shower/toilet arrangement in the room is the worst design we have ever experienced. There is no actual bathroom. There is very little to no privacy, the opaque glass shower and the opaque glass toilet cubicles share the same revolving door. You cannot get dry after taking a shower without having to step into the main room to do so. The bath towels are hung above the toilet, which is odd in itself, but means also that you can't reach them when you get out of the shower. You have to put your towel in the room ready to grab when you step out or soak the room floor going into the toilet cubicle to get your towel. Water leaks into the room from the shower (this is a design fault) and you have to mop it up with a towel. You cannot go to the toilet with any privacy, everything can be heard, the cubicle has gaps that can be seen through and has no lock. The 'bathroom' sink is in the main room. In short, the hotel is very good if not comparably on the more expensive side. If privacy is important to you be prepared to have little to none in the room when using the shower or toilet. We are a married couple so, in the end, we laughed it off and got on with it, it didn't spoil our holiday as such.

We were so impressed with this hotel. The interior was modern and tasteful, felt like a very stylish hotel. The rooms were on the small side, however we stayed for 10 days and didn’t really find it a problem as we don’t spend large amounts of time in the room. Good size shower and towels could be changed daily. Very comfortable bed! The breakfast was excellent 10/10, such a range of choices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheeses, hot food and pastries, as well as lots of other bits! Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, good cocktails and food at decent prices too. The hotel is very clean and all the staff were very friendly and approachable, we have no complaints at all! We booked directly through the hotel website and found that this was the best deal!
