Sehr schönes Hotel, dass nahezu alles zu bieten hat. Super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, Spa-Bereich, Pool, leckeres Essen und ein tolles Programm. Das Personal ist zudem unheimlich nett und gibt sich größte Mühe. Sowohl für Urlauber geeignet die den Fokus eher darauf legen ihren Urlaub in Hotel zu verbringen, als auch für Kultur Interessierte, die die Nähe zur Altstadt suchen.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean the staff are lovely and are keen to impress. The food however is where they fall short. Location is great, within walking distance to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. My partner and I enjoyed our short stay and will be returning to the Alcúdia area.

you are made to feel welcome,reception staff very helpful. restaurant,staff pleasant ,plenty choice of food and if you are half board the 5euros a night for 2 drinks with your meal is excellent value. the rooms are adequate, the tea and coffee in the room was always replenished every and the rooms were always clean.

Firstly I read the reviews before going to this hotel and was anxious as we like four star quality hotels adult only been a plus , i must agree generally with the overall comments of complaint . Rooms were good size balcony not the most private but fine . Bed very comfy yes not a huge storage space but adequate . The shower was ok grill moved water onto the floor and a drain smell at times . I complained about the emergency door at my level not closing properly nothing was done and the door on windy nights blew open and closed .. a fire hazard and no action taken . Food we thought good but were focused eaters so planned what we ate but loads of choice themed nights and hard working staff . We were all inclusive and again i agree with the complaints poor drink quality house wine poor cocktails dreadful green/yellow /red premixed with god knows what .. only one beer available limited choice of drinks in plastic cups and only one bar .. a pool bar make shift . Entertainment also very poor outside only no indoor area so if you like comfort you will be sitting in the lobby if you get a seat . they also have a restaurant which we availed of as part of our package nothing special meat was nice but not the reheated vegetables .. why bother ? Plus side location is good gym sauna steam room etc are available .... I would like to be more positive in reviewing but i must be honest to the people reading this .......

There was no comfortable placs to sit and have a drink.no lounge bar,only a pool bar which could be cold sitting on wicker chairs out in the open.All the cocktails were watered down and lacked taste.The all inclusive did not cover alot of the drinks. Our bedroom was OK but bathroom was well below standard.needed a complete makeover. Toilet leaking and shower overflowing.with a yellow discoloration on the shower tray.The complete expensive experience ,was very disappointing
