Superb hotel. Just back from a 5 day trip and I would return. Forget all this chat about mosquitoes - not nearly the issue many make out it is. Gardens are wonderful and constantly maintained adding to the feel of cleanliness. The low level accommodation is such a relief from the high rise hell prevelent on Mallorca and numerous other destinations. Family oriented and safe. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, professional in every sense without being cold.

Very satisfied with evrything, cleaning by Natacha is excellent, and she is very polite and smiling! 5 star! The apartment is spacieous and well equipped with all you need and plus for sirconditioning om the very hot days Er Willy gladlynt be back later!

We booked the Seaclub Alcudia after walking past last year. The frontage looks very classy and the facilities extensive, however I was deeply disappointed. Other than the frontage this complex really lacked any level of premiumness and is not worthy of a 4 star rating. The apartments are small and basic. The gym very dated / tatty and has poor opening times (opens at 9am and closed on a Sunday). We had no end of issues with the accommodation, which guest services seemed to care very little about. If you attend during peak season you except your accommodation to be fully checked that everything is to a great standard. We were missing bedding, microwave was broken, socket loose and bedroom door wouldn’t lock. The air conditioning didn’t have enough power to circulate cool air throughout the apartment so we didn’t sleep. At points in the evening when all guests were using the same system temperatures in the room were above 26c (this is apparently okay by Mallorca hotel standard - I’m not sure it is) however coming from the UK with a heat wave being 18-20c in the evening I find this guidance ridiculous. Evening entertainment was the same the acts we saw were pretty good but due to the lack of fans and exceptionally high heat you were sat with sweat dripping from your face just not a comfortable experience. On another note there’s not much included in your resort fee. You pay to borrow the iron (this is a basic in my opinion) and much of the kids activities were paid for. Which wasn’t a problem but I did see parents wait for activities then leave. At the very least they should have been advertised as paid for so parent knew in advance to save any upset. All in all the complex is actually quite beautiful. There a vast amount of pools and good play equipment (although you can’t use it due to the volume of mosquitos in the shrubbery near it) the overall complex just lack’s attention to detail and quality. Thankfully we hired a car and this really saved our holiday! Or like others before us would have had to look for alternative accommodation.

Wow wow wow!! We’ve just arrived home after a funtastic week at Sea club, from the first arrival we were greeted by Miguel on reception with a huge smile and welcome to the hotel, we had asked Miguel if we could be placed next to each other as my parents stayed in one room and myself and son in the other room, Miguel advised us that there was no 2 x studio rooms close to each other however he said no problem I have 2 x apartment next door to each other so I will give you both a free upgrade l, this was totally unexpected and after an early morning and a long day travelling this was hugely appreciated by us all. Miguel then handed us our room keys and a map on a card of the hotel he advised us we were both located in section D of the complex, he showed us the way on the map and of we went, first look of the main pool and bar area was wow very pretty!! So I’ve read the comments about it section D being away from main complex over a main and busy road…so it’s away from main complex but don’t let that deter you, the entertainment team still visit and you also have tobys magic garden and a splash park for kids and adults alike we we all loved, on top of this across the road in the other side of section D you have a big pool . These comments about it being a 10-15 minute travel to section D then they must all be crawling or doing hand stands on the way, my family times it from the main reception and at a good walking pace even with a 7 year old your talking 3/5 minutes max and that’s still taking your time! It’s over a road but it’s not busy and it’s very safe. The complex is big but we felt very very safe throughout or whole stay. The rooms are pretty much all you need, bed, sink, hobs, towels etc and they are very very clean! Regarding the air conditioning, yes it’s quite but to be honest it does work our room was always cool in the evening after being out for the day at the pool infact I needed to turn it off one day as was too cold other things that people have mentioned is about the TVs not being great or not enough English channels..for me this ain’t a problem, I don’t go on holiday to watch TV or BBC news or Sky news. The channels I had were adequate enough which was great. The hotel has great pool bars which serve food between 11-12 and then 2-6, I think they still sell food between 12-2 but to only non AI which for us was fine as well sometimes we waited till 2 and other times we just went to main restaurant. These areas are all really clean the pool bars food is amazing and the toilets are really clean for being around the pool area. You must visit seabreeze restaurant in section C, a big shout out to Ricardo and Hamza who simply are amazing! Although a special shout out also goes to Ramiro in the main restaurant bar, all the staff including the animation team work so hard at this hotel and every member of staff goes around with a smile on their face. Stayed here with my husband and three children we didn't go all inclusive but paid for breakfast some mornings as a plantbased /vegan family breakfast was really accommodating. The rooms are clean and well kept as the cleaning staff were also very good. Staff have all been welcoming and kind but i want to give a extra special shout out to Naty ...she has a playroom for children with crafts, soft play, TV room with bean bags, face painting you name it! She's created a calm and quiet environment for the children to take a break from the heat. She has been so wonderful to my family thank you Naty
