Sol de Alcudia Apartamentos

After reading the reviews I was excited to book this hotel. On arrival I was greeted by Chiara receptionist who was very helpful, explained everything about hotel and breakfast and dinner(half board). The room was very spacious with a big bed which was 2 singles joined. There was also a couch bed which we never used. Food Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Usual breakfast, eggs poached boiled scrambled or an omelette, sausages, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms. There was also cured meats and cheeses. Lovely bread. Fruits and yogurts. Dinner Dinner again was very plentiful. I always say less is more. It's better have a few dishes at Hugh quality than average dishes. Each night there is a themed night. BBQ was my favourite with the steaks and other meats. The waiters where always there for you and willing to help if needed. Maria was especially very kind and gave us tinfoil on our last morning to wrap a sandwich up for our daughter. Thank you Maria. The hotel is lacking entertainment, this could be that we are our of season and arrived 13th to 20th May. The swimming pool is lovely and refreshing fresh water pool. As a a father of a 2 year old I think that the beds near the childrens pool should only be used for adults that have kids. There was a number of grown adults beside the kids pool and when I noticed a father and his kids coming down there was no beds for his family. The hotel was cleaned to a high standard. The location is ideal for the beach and only a 40 mins walk to alcudia old town. All in all we had a great experience at this hotel and would 100% stay again. The staff really make this hotel!!! We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days Half Board. Let's start with our arrival, we arrived 1:00 am in the hotel, checked in and went to our room, the check in was very quick and the lady from the reception informed us all the things we need to know about our stay like (timings for activities and dinner times etc). We went to our room and didn't expect that we will have food ready (salads, sandwiches, few slice of desserts and fruits) in our room because we missed dinner time. The room is clean and have all the things you need if you want to cook your own food, it also have a small fridge to store your own food shopping. The breakfast selections are small but the quality of what they serve is good. Dinner is very good they have different menu everyday even have a BBQ day which we enjoyed so much. The location is the best!, few minutes walk from Alcudia Beach. Parking is not an issue there is plenty of parking outside the hotel. Overall Stay was great. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. definitely staying again when we go back to alcudia

We usually stay at Viva sunrise but it was fully booked so decided to stay here and definitely won’t be back.Room is very dated broken tiles on the floor, walls with patch marks all over them, plug to the hairdryer was hanging off the wall and the smaller bed in the studio was broken not to mention two days before we left we had cockroaches in our bathroom!you have to queue up to set up ur own sun loungers and the pool area was awful so busy and no respect for younger children my child is home with a broken tooth due to the behaviour of others!some of the staff were nice but not all.overall it was very disappointing I love alcudia and will be back just not to this place!

We have just got home from a beautiful week in sol de alcudia,we stayed in a 2 bed appartment I think the room could do with a update the hotel rooms look more modern,however it was very clean,it's central location was perfect for us to go to the local restaurants and the shops,the staff are very friendly and the hotel and pool area is very clean and tidy one negative is they could do with more umbrellas round the pool area! We went to the old town on Tuesday to the local market that is definitely worth a walk around if u like to have a little shop we went by bus which is very easy and very regular,I would definitely recommend this hotel we will be visiting again.

We have just returned after a wonderful stay. The pool area/reception is immaculate and well maintained. We stayed half board and there was always plenty to choose from, the breakfasts were excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small kitchen area if you need it. The location is ideal for the local shops and the beach is a short stroll away. The staff made this holiday, everyone you meet is friendly and helpful. We have to mention Marcin and Lucas- they were entertaining and joyful, they were excellent with our little one and were an absolute delight. We cannot wait to come back If going to the local market at Alcúdia consider a taxi from the hotel. We attempted the local transport but it was very busy with most buses full and not letting anymore on. No taxis in sight. We tried again on the Tuesday with a taxi from the hotel, it came straight away and cost around €11.

**Review of H10 Sol de Alcudia Apartments** We stayed for a week at H10 Sol de Alcudia Apartments and had a fantastic experience. The renovated room and bathroom were spacious with a lovely balcony. The pool was subtle and beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Maria at reception, Maria the host, and Elena, who worked during the day, were wonderful. Elena and her male colleague made delicious cocktails and sangria. Frankie and Danielle, who worked in the evening, also made great cocktails. The room cleaning was perfect, with fresh linens and towels daily except for two days a week, which was communicated in advance. The hotel was clean and quiet, with no disturbances. We enjoyed the nearby dining and drinking options and found beautiful spots to eat within a 15-minute bike ride. Thank you to the entire H10 Sol de Alcudia team for a great vacation!
