酒店性價比不錯，走錯了地方臨時定的。一分價錢一分貨，也不指望太豪華或者太好的服務。離車站挺近，適合去其他城市。

A last-minute holiday to our favourite destination and I think we've found our favourite hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in Alcudia, and this is one I've just rebooked. From the patient check-in desk to the friendly bar staff and amazing breakfast selection, everything was perfect. The location is great, and 5 mins walk to the beach. A 10-minute stroll, and you are in the main lively strip of Alcudia. Shop next door, sell everything you need, and is well priced. The animation team are really friendly and not intruding as I've found with other hotels. The water polo most days at 4pm is great fun and gets quite competitive. Room was just what we expected, but tbh, we never spend much time there. We were up at the pool, which had plenty of beds. The breakfast is my favourite part and Delfin has one of the best choices I've ever had. The main takeaway from my experience of the hotel is it's cleanliness. Spotless. Can't wait to return in August 2025

We have just arrived home after staying at BQ Delfin Azul for one week with our 11 month daughter. On arrival, we were greeted at reception by a welcoming lady - check in was quick and easy. We had to pay a local tax fee which we weren't aware of until arrival which was around €50 for us all for the week. We were allocated room 205. The room was clean and modern but very small and felt extremely cramped with a pram and a travel cot to fit in. The travel cot had seen better days and had a hole in the side but it did the job. We had nowhere to store our suitcases due to lack of space so we had to leave them outside on the balcony for the week. There was no kettle so we had to hire one for the baby's bottles which I think cost €25, but we received €10 back on return. We had forgotten to bring towels for around the pool so we had to hire them - it cost us €20 each for the week but we received €10 each back on returning them. We were a bit miffed when later saw towels from the nearby shops were €5 so it would have been cheaper to buy some we could keep. The bed was comfy and big. The maids did a good job and came daily except but finish around 2pm. The TV had English channels which was good. The view from our balcony wasnt the best, but we didnt use it anyway apart from to store our luggage and dry our clothes. We also had to put a stool out of the room on the balcony to try and make a bit more room. There was a safe in our room but it was locked so I guess you had to pay extra to use it. Breakfast was good with a choice of foods - bacon, sausages, eggs, cereal, toast, biscuits, pastries, churros, cheeses, meats, hot drinks, yogurt, fruit etc. Some days were better than others for fruit - there was usually 4 trays of fruit a day, some fresher than others. Overall good but not amazing quality. Waiting staff never stopped - they worked so hard making sure the tables were cleared quickly and ensuring food was constantly being brought out from the kitchen. We only went to the entertainment evening once during our stay as we were only bed & breakfast so spent most evenings out. The kids entertainment was good for older kids (our daughter was too young to be involved) but seemed to start late at 9pm. We didn't stay for the quiz because it was a picture quiz (guess the landmark) which was on a large screen which wasn't visible from our table outside. Entertainment team seemed really good and hard working, and were very pleasant. We loved the water area by the pool for kids - the fountains came on every few minutes. We went in the pool most days and spent a lot of time in/around the pool. The pool was open 9-7pm. We only used to get our sunbeds after breakfast and there was always sunbeds available, but usually all of the sunbeds with umbrellas were already occupied. You have to be there early if you need an umbrella too. Food and drinks at the poolside bar were good and reasonably priced too. There is quite a large menu of dinner items and snacks.

Overall stay was great, but there was a few things that were annoying. For example, we arrived late on Monday/Tuesday morning so our booking would have paid for Dinner but obviously we werent there, I asked recpetion if they could honour this as we would be at the hotel on thursday for dinenr prior to leaving. They said no, you will have to pay. Annoyingly I had to pay 78EUR for something that would hve originally been valid and hasnt been an issue in other hotels. The staff here are wonderful and I couldnt say more about them, they went above and beyond in friendliness and care with the children. Splash park and pool area as lovley. Its a quiet area but easy enough to jump in a taxi or bus to the old town or busier area, local shops and resturants around are good. We had a very late exit on the thursday and the showers and towels from reception made the end of day very good - thank you to them.

We stayed here for 3 nights as an ‘add on’ after our cruise, so we’re unsure what to expect. Tbh we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were fresh and clean & modern. We had a balcony and a fridge. No kettle though. The staff were friendly. Our room was cleaned daily. We were able to leave our suitcases in a locked room as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were also able to leave our cases when we checked out as we weren’t being picked up until early evening. We chose a bed and breakfast basis so we could eat out at different places each evening. However we did have lunch here each day. The portion sizes are huge! By the last day we were sharing one meal between 2 of us. Breakfast was great! There’s everything you could want on offer! Very hard to choose!! My biggest bugbear is not being able to get a sunbed, but that wasn’t a problem whilst we were here. Multiple nationalities staying here including English, German, Spanish, French & Romanian which made it very interesting given it’s the Euros whilst we were here!! Everyone was very friendly and I’d have no hesitation in recommending it as a holiday choice.

A very pleasant and clean hotel.Very good facilities including pool and children's pool.An excellent breakfast with a myriad selection to meet all needs was available.Much of the food was freshly prepared for you. All the staff were friendly and helpful,especially the restaurant workers. The child's disco,kids club and adult entertainment was marvellous.I particularly enjoyed Motown Legends and Smooth Criminal. A little walk to lovely beaches and a very good bus service nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel and would go again.

Seemed very nice. Didn't really spend much time here. Room was nice, reception area and staff friendly. Saw they had good bike storage facility. Small gym was ok from looking in. Would stay again. Great location 2 mins from beach,prob half hour walk to old town, marina is close by.

This was the first half board holiday we had done for over 20 years, the rest all inclusive. The quality of the food of the food for breakfast and evening meal was very good. The hotel was kept very clean, and at the time of year October there was never a shortage of sunbeds. There was plenty to do outside of the hotel nice walks into town along the beach or inland. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure I would go in the peak of season as I can imagine Alcudia being very busy. But for a nice break out of season I highly recommend.
