Alcudia Petit - Turismo de Interior

Lovely room, super clean, great location, parking close by (unless you think a 4 minute walk is far), airco present, very good bathroom, good bed, and yes, check in was self service, but communication with hotel was super snd efficient, we found it very convenient, will recommend and will return 😀

We booked this hotel for our anniversary, returning to nearby where we got married. Due to covid, we had to change the booking twice meaning that the prices had significantly gone up when we actually managed to holiday, and we ended up having to pay the difference without breakfast included (as it had been originally). Room was lovely. Location fantastic for local amenities and parking. Customer service was basically non existent. Super awkward check in and no one else on the desk ever said hello or smiled - don’t even think they looked up. The cleaner alone was friendly and did a great job on the room. I mirror what others have said in reviews about the security. We were told there were times no one would be at the desk and so the front door would be locked and we’d need the key to let ourselves in. We found the door left wide open when returning late at night. Not that I think there’s anything to worry about in the area but whilst the room was nice, it wasn’t anything special for how lacking this place is on every other front. It would take so little to elevate the experience here - a friendly greeting, a welcome drink, some information about amenities or local recommendations to help you settle in. Good luck to you, we won’t be returning or recommending I’m afraid.

Front desk lady was so rude twice. Parking is NOT included like their details say. And they should make it more clear there is no elevator.

Parking is not included like their site says. The front desk lady was so rude. They should state that there is no elevator as I have a bad knee. I was disappointed overall with the place. And there was a flea market in the center of town so I had to park way far away to get to the hotel.

Only issue - weak internet

It's a beautiful space, great quality, next door great restaurant and cafe. The only tinsy item is the noise in the corridor that echoes

Hotel muy tranquilo en una zona perfecta para ir a ver Alcudia y conocer los restaurantes y locales de la zona. Pasamos una noche y fue estupenda. El desayuno en el restaurante fantástico y el personal un diez. Las chicas de la recepción nos aconsejaron sobre actividades y se interesaron por nuestra estancia. Pasear por la muralla y ver el pueblo desde arriba es una buena experiencia. Para repetir

Hotel Sympa, accueil chaleureux. Cependant pas de ménage chaque jour. Comme les femmes de ménages s'occupent de plusieurs hôtels, on nous a dit que le ménage n'était pas fait tous les jours. Nous aurions au moins aimé avoir des serviettes propres ... j'ai demandé à la réception, la dame de la réception m'a dit ok mais ne nous en a jamais donné. Dommage ... nous ne sommes resté que quelques jours donc nous avons fait avec ....

Sehr zentrale Lage für die Besichtigung der innen Stadt, der Port ist von hier auch sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. (2 km) Das Frühstücksbüffet ist im Restaurant gegenüber und vollkommen in Ordnung, die Auswahl ist überschaubar aber für jeden was dabei. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, ca. 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.
