Positives: great buffet, really interactive and friendly entertainment team, all staff exceptionally helpful. Great location to explore. Lots of in hotel activities for all the family. Negatives: Apartment a little tired, would appreciate more comfortable beds. Brilliant app to show you what’s on but sadly I turned up for a couple of fitness activities and the trainer did not. Lastly, you will need to be out early to reserve a sun bed, it would be good if there were better controls around people leaving belonging on a bed and going to the beach etc all day.

This was our 4th visit to the hotel (previously 2018, 2022 and 2023) and we still absolutely love it. The whole complex is spotlessly clean and all of the staff work so hard. The staff on reception and friendly and welcoming, the bar and restaurant staff are super efficient, chefs are very talented, reps are great and cleaning staff all do an amazing job. The pools are great and proximity to the beach is ideal. There are loads of activities to keep you entertained all day. Areas to develop would be updating the bedrooms as they are a bit dated now and also having the children’s disco later in the evening before the quiz. We will return again- this is a very special place and would highly recommend for young families.

Just returned from an 8 day stay here. Beautiful hotel, staff wonderful and helpful. Literally on the beach, which is beautiful and white with palm trees Location was within easy reach of shops and restaurants and approx 1.5 miles from the main bay of Alcudia. The food was good. Great selection of foods, more than enough choice for everyone’s tastes Rooms cleaned daily and to a high standard. My only disappointment was the sunbed situation around the pool. There are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people in high season. People were out at 7am putting towels down and then disappearing for most of the day. Not my idea of a relaxing holiday where people are laid on the grass as there were no beds free anywhere. Our room was adequate, I have stayed in better. A little basic and tired for what I would expect from an Iberostar. That been said, the air con worked a treat and it served its purpose. Would I return? Yes I would.

In short, Great hotel. So much to do for kids, all through the day and into the evening. We visited with our 19 month old daughter and although she was too young for most things it just felt like a very family oriented place to be. Both pools were good. Access to the beach perfect. Our room was on the 6th floor, main block, facing the sea, amazing views. We were able to view the entertainment from our balcony which meant we could put our daughter to bed and still have some enjoyment in the evening, this meant alot to us. The room was clean and the staff done a great job to come and clean the room in the day. My only criticism would be as I have seen in other reviews that they may be due a slight refurb (bathroom door hanging off hinges). AC, simple but effective. The staff here genuinely seem to enjoy their job, one thing we really appreciated was at meal times, the staff clearing up my daughters food mess with a smile and not making us feel guilty that she was throwing things on the floor. Although seemingly a small aspect of our holiday this really made mealtimes less stressful and for that we would like to say thank you. There was a presence of a lady who looked like a manager at the hotel, if this was the manager, we thought it was excellent that she was so visible throughout our stay at busy mealtimes and different points throughout the day. This is something I haven't seen at other resorts. The food was great, I would say firmly above average for family Spanish all inclusive resorts, it did start to get a little repetetive but the food on the whole tasted nice. My tips - if your half board, don't bother buying small beer it's only 30cent cheaper than large If you loose something, visit reception daily, don't rely on them to call you if they find it.

I stayed at this hotel 16 June until 23 June with my 7yr old son, my sister and her partner. On our arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were pleasantly srprised that the hotel puts on a cold food buffet for visitors arriving through the night. We arrived shortly after midnight. We had a double room and a twin room. The rooms were immaculate and the cleaning staff were very friendly. My son had an accident one night and the cleaning staff could not have been more undersranding and compassionate. My sister and I have myotonic dystrophy which causes poor mobility. We asked if there was any way we could reserve sunbeds at the pool to make it more accessible for us. Carolina and Rhyan could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Throughout the day they checked on us to make sure everything was okay. They could not have been nicer. Ibrahim welcomed us into the restaurant most evenings. He is a credit to your hotel. We invited him to sit with us on our last day at the pool. He accepted and sat with us for around 30mins. He was on his break but chose to spend some time with us which we enjoyed. It added a more personal touch too. He also offered to help us with our luggage when we were leaving but we could manage ourselves. The food was lovely and a good selection too. In the evening we spent time in the bar. Adriana was lovely and made sure we had drinks and snacks. The table service was welcome due to my poor mobility. The the staff were very nice too. An older staff member (man) came to say goodbye to us as we sat outside waiting on our bus to the airport. This was very kind. The groundsmen/handymen/pool attendants (I'm not sure what you'd call them) were very professional and always offered a smile. They helped my family in the morning to put extra sunbeds out at a more accessible area for us. I hope I have not missed anything. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make out stay one of the best I have experienced. I would definitely go back. The access to the beach makes a difference too as does the sea view from our balcony. No complaints. Thankyou to ALL the staff at the hotel

* Service was great, staff were friendly and helpful with a smile on their faces * Food was amazing - we ate way too much Pistachio ice cream I ate every time it was out! * The room was dated but clean - who wants to spend their holiday in a room anyway?! My only criticisms were that the mattresses were really uncomfortable (non of us slept very well) and you could hear everything from people in other rooms - above, hallways and the sides - but suppose that’s not the hotels fault it’s the noisy guests! If you ever do a refurbishment Iberostar Ciudad Blanca definitely better mattresses and some sound proofing! If this was addressed we may visit again in the future. * Some suggestions - 1) Maybe a couple of clocks around the pool area to keep track of time. 2) Announce activities over microphones 10 mins before so people know they are coming up and can get ready for the event. 3) The mugs (I am British so love my tea in the mornings!) I had to make x4 cups each morning as they are a little bigger than an egg cup , had to put them all on a large plate as the holder ring is so tiny you burn your finger when carrying it and drinking from it! * Right on the beach which was great. Pools brilliant (a little cold in the mornings in June for me!) and loads of activities. * Perfect for kids, so many activities, entertainers were amazing, kids club brilliant and they even got the kids involved in some of the shows they did in the evening. All entertainment was great but we especially loved the Adam’s family and Moana (which our little girl took part in). Special shout out to Zara for looking after her (Emily) and all the staff for making our holiday. * Loved that it was sustainable and had all the recycling ♻️. Also “Wave of change” brilliant song can’t get it out of our heads! * The Spa - A massage is well worth the money, so relaxing, I fell asleep

Following the recommendation of the EXIM travel agency, we chose the Iberostar Ciudad Blanca hotel as the leading hotel in the agency's offer, recommended for families with children! Together with my daughters and grandmother, we spent a wonderful week in this hotel! We recommend the hotel to absolutely everyone! Wonderful ladies at the reception, always willing to help. Clean. Great cuisine and service (funny chefs!) :) - delicious and diverse food / everyone will find something for themselves. Wonderful animators, the whole day filled with animations (sports classes for adults, yoga on the beach at sunrise, toddler club, fun in the pool) - we are delighted with the program! A beautiful beach next to the hotel, you can walk to the port of Alcudia. And the "guardian angel" of our stay - the hotel manager - Mrs. Carolina - a wonderful person who cares about the well-being of guests and is always willing to help. After my mother accidentally broke her leg, Mrs. Carolina took care of us in basically every aspect of our stay - from helping us contact the hospital and organizing an ambulance, to a comfortable stay in the hotel after returning from the hospital. We stayed as a family of 4 (children aged 9 and 6) for 10 nights in June 2024. I would highly recommend the hotel for families. The staff are friendly, helpful and work so hard to ensure an enjoyable holiday for all. The food is very varied and tasty with freshly cooked omelettes (breakfast), pancakes, pasta, pizza , paella and meats every day. There is always something child friendly and plenty for the adults with a different theme each evening. My 6 year old was particularly fond of the cakes, ice creams and chocolate fountain! There is a good snack bar near the pool and a freezer stocked with ice creams and ice lollies you can help yourself to through the day. The staff also do little extras poolside including smoothies, ice creams, fruit. The hotel is super clean everywhere including the poolside toilets. The entertainment team are fabulous and both my kids enjoyed taking part in the kids club activities. My little girl loved it when the mini ponies came in and the 7 euros extra was well worth it as she was on for ages. You can leave your kids with the staff and the staff are so lovely and the site so safe we were happy to do that. There is a quiz every night at 8 which we all loved and a mixture of evening entertainment which was all really good. The beautiful beach on the doorstep was a massive plus and a good selection of shops and cafes/eateries nearby if you did want to go out. We visited the water park in Alcúdia which is 15 -20mins walk from hotel - a bit expensive especially for food and drinks but we really enjoyed it. I can’t fault anything and must express a huge thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a superb holiday.
