Apartamentos Ferrer Lime Playa de Alcudia

This is a nice hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s located right on the beach. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are nice. We didn’t love the large S In the shower that allowed you see into the bedroom, real lack of privacy. Unfortunately our balcony had a terrible view, it would definitely be worth asking for a room with a view.

Perfect location. Nice pool and close to the beach. Nice clean rooms with all you could need. Nice and helpfull staff. Good breakfast and nice optimal buffe dinner Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Strongly recommend for family or couple

I cannot fault the hotels location; the breakfast selection and food was fantastic with a very good variety and the pool area has a great balance of a natural setting with comfy seating. The spa, whilst small, is perfectly adequate for its purpose. However, what shocked me was the staff attitude to our room not having any working air conditioning for the entirety of the week long stay. From the moment we arrived our air-conditioning did not put out any cold air (just warm air) and so the room never went below 24.5c, even through the night when the outdoor temperature was 19c. This made sleeping comfortably non-existent and even made a few nights difficult to sleep at all! We raised it with the hotel on a daily basis and they did have engineers look at it once during the stay (still wasnt fixed) but its the fact we were constantly told we were either lying or that the working aircon only goes down to 21.5c so 24.5 wasn't too bad. I'd argue that 21.5c is not acceptable as advertised as aircon in the first place but putting that aside, the lack of effort to address a significant issue is astonishing. Especially since we simply couldnt enjoy being in the room at any time during the day which ruined the fact we'd paid for the top tier room. In the end the hotel offered horrendously low compensation for a heavily scarred holiday experience. Considering the glowing reviews on here regarding the service and the fact I'm very lenient when it comes to unavoidable problems i was shocked that it was handled in this way and simply could not recommend this hotel if staying in Alcudia.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff great location too. We had booked into the junior suite with sea view but sadly we had an ant infestation in the bedroom and shower but reception staff were great and we were moved to another room which was smaller and had aircon problems but the move was smooth. Sadly the aircon was not fixed properly and the room remained a warm 25degrees every day which wasnt good tbh. That aside the room was cleaned every day with a lovely shower too. Breakfast and Dinner had lovely selections each day, no complaints at all. Having the beach on your doorstop was superb, the pool was busy each day with the children (lots of) so you couldnt get a look in lol. My partner used the spa facilities each day which he loved.. Will be definetley going back.

This was a nice beachfront hotel. It is walking distance to markets, shops, restaurants and the port. The beach it is located on was very clean. We stayed at a room on the ground floor. We had some trouble getting our AC to work and needing a change of linens on the bed as ours were not initially clean but the staff was prompt and helpful with resolving these items when we brought it to their attention. Our room did not have a private balcony as other rooms did and overlooked the pool in the middle of the hotel. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a junior suite which had a spacious seating area and bathroom. The shower wall did have a logo that allows anyone in the bedroom to see through into the shower as it is not frosted glass like the rest of the wall, however we mediated this by closing the sliding door to the bedroom while showering. Breakfast was included and was wonderful. This was a very family friendly hotel and had many children and families using the facilities.

We loved the Alcúdia Beach hotel. Great hotel, staff and location. We would return. Great rooms, fab breakfast and easily accessible along the promenade to the bars and restaurants. Loved the old town. Very close to the bus stops and we got the bus from Palma Airport which was super easy.
