Stayed here a couple of times, 1 time no power and I just left the staff didn't care. The sticking point is when my family had emergency medical issue and I tried cancelling 2 weeks before and they said no or the proof we sent was not god enough even though other hotels said its fine and refunded. So won't be returning

Convenient location for the pleasant little town of Alcester and also for Stratford upon Avon where I saw Hamlet and Edward II in the RSC theatre. Excellent pub/restaurant at Arrow Mill just round the corner. Nice clean straightforward hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly, always a good start. The room was comfortable and warm, as was the bed. I found the pillows a little hard but my husband didn’t. There were no water glasses in the room, hence a 4/5 not a 5 and a shower curtain over the bath is a bit dated. Could do with an update.

Warm welcome. Nice to have a real key. Clean room. Bathroom spotless. Large room. Two chairs. Plenty of refills for tea coffee etc in reception to help yourself. Staff on in reception after 12am . Slept really well. Even with MC Donald's opposite it was quiet. Lovely to wake up to the birds singing. No rush to leave with the 12pm even though we did leave early. Pop the key in the box downstairs no hassle and left. Definitely be using this travelodge again next time we are up for a Northern Soul night. Excellent price.

Ideal location with helpful staff and good parking. The nearby MacDonalds provides food and is ideal for breakfasts. Regularly stay at this Travelodge when visiting friends and attending meetings in the Midlands and Worcestershire. For travellers on the move from the north to south west or from Wales to London and East Anglia it is ideal and also if you want to visit nearby Stratford on Avon. At present it is somewhat off putting as there are extensive renovations at the adjacent service station complex - Don't let these put you off, lets just hope it wont be long before this work is completed and one can really appreciate the convenience of this Travelodge

Stayed in family room for work reason, very nice stay. Andrzelika on reception was very nice to us. Our room was very clean and tidy but with everything what is needed. Would be better with good breakfast but McDonald’s opposite so no big issue. Old place but kept in very good state. Well done to team that keeps this place like this.

Travelodge Alcester meets my needs of a hotel. Staying here often for work and never had an issue . Staff very welcomed and rooms clean. Yes- it’s a bit old style but with everything working and smile welcome from everyone. Receptions always on duty and happy to help.
