Stayed here a couple of times, 1 time no power and I just left the staff didn't care. The sticking point is when my family had emergency medical issue and I tried cancelling 2 weeks before and they said no or the proof we sent was not god enough even though other hotels said its fine and refunded. So won't be returning

Highly recommend hotel, away from the city but very clean with great Staff on reception !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Andrzelik made our stay even more better by helping us with all requests. Well done all. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😉😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned about this reservation. Yet, from speaking with Angelique in the morning requesting a quiet room - which she promptly did, thank you, thank you - to my delight upon arrival how clean, professional and QUIET this hotel is. TRULY! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I'm as picky as the next person with substandard service. It makes me wonder what people expect from such a booking. This Travelodge may be budget price, but it delivers much more on value for money. Monika (Manager) and ALL her staff should be VERY proud of their hotel; and those looking to book here, have no doubts at all! Thank you everyone for a great stay!

We spent 3 nights at the Alcester Travelodge in mid-January. The room was clean, but rather spartan! We had two chairs, but a small coffee table would have been useful. There were no glasses in the room, just 2 mugs. There was only one spare pillow, but two of us were sleeping. The corridor, and particularly the stairway, needed a good clean- crumbs, soil marks, etc. The staff were generally friendly. Car parking was easy, but the area around the Travelodge is a building site as the petrol station is being rebuilt. We didn't use the adjacent Macdonalds. Generally well located- 5 minutes from Alcester and 20 minutes from Stratford.

Last minute booking easy to book with good prices haven't finished stay as of this review but Thomas who was on the front desk has been amazing very helpful and cheerful which urged me to write this review. Sadly the petrol station near by is under construction of some sort but overall clean comfortable.

Greta hotel with very cheap prices for the week, nothing really around but easy to drive to STRATFORD OR EVESHAM, Staff where great at the desk. Clean and comfortable. I nad very great stary and would definitly back when back to the city. ....

There were multiple cleaning issues at this hotel. It may be cheaper but still needs to be clean. Only thing going for it is the location to the motorway. Only a MacDonald’s on site as the garage has been knocked down.

Great Travelodge, clean, tidy, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed in an excellent location for a family visit. The hotel is a little tired but didn't affect our stay as we had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent value for the price we paid.
