Varandas de Albufeira

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 3 days and I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at (and I have been to many many hotels). There’s so much to cover, I guess I’ll start with the staff first. The customer service in this hotel is just exceptional. The staff are super friendly and kind and they are always there to help whenever you need them with a smile on their face. We felt so welcomed it felt like we were all a big family. The breakfast was also very very good. Nice variety there was something for everyone. The freshly made cakes and pastries as well as the fresh fruit were just top notch. We never left with an empty stomach. The room exceeded my expectations. It was just massive with lots of room for anything you can think of. It was extremely clean and it smelt very fresh in the room. The bed was super comfortable as well. The location was also great as it was right in the middle of the new town and old town (around 15mins walk) and around 15 mins walk to the beach. There’s a shopping mall around the corner from the hotel which makes it super easy to get any essentials you may need. Overall I will definitely be coming back to the hotel. Brilliant staff super friendly & helpful, hotel was overall very clean and location was very convenient. The cons lifts extremely small and out of service quite abit and sometimes the slamming of others doors was noisy but it wasnt that bad. Overall I would stay again :)

What an unexpected find. Centrally located 5 mins by taxi to both old and new town! Staff were brilliant, rooms were a decent size with balcony and lovely walk in shower. Group size of 18. Lots of other friendly groups and no issues throughout the stay. Bar was reasonably priced. 5euros for a taxi to either of the towns or beach. Pool was a good size and plenty of beds. Will definitely return.

Hotel was spotless and facilities were great. Staff very attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, in a cul-de-sac away from the main road and ten mins to both the new and old town. However, too many rowdy groups staying at this hotel. Had to change rooms because of other guests behaviour at night (hotel staff were very prompt in the room change which we really appreciated). Too noisy and disruptive, ringing doorbells that you can hear through the walls. Overall the hotel and its staff were amazing but the people who stay here are mainly stag groups & a few couples. I didn’t see any children staying while we were there although didn’t expect many due to time of year. Wouldn’t recommend to families looking to stay during summer months.

We booked here for 13 of us on a Stag party and it was over and above what we were expecting. Check in really quick, hotel was spotless, rooms great size and definitely no smell. Pool area was perfect for us, plenty of beds and space for us. Staff were fantastic with us too. Location was perfect, 15 min walk each way to old and new town. Taxi rank and supermarket at the end road. Great find and would reccomend

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff. We stayed here for six nights and had a room overlooking the pool which was great. Room was really clean and modern. The hotel itself was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Also no awful smell!
