Eden Resort

The setting is ok it’s peaceful, the villas are set apart - one bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs, there is a buggy that will take you and your luggage from reception. On our visit we had flown out on an early flight and arrived at 12, there was only one restaurant and only one bar, the restaurant wasn’t open until 12:30 there was room wasn’t ready until three! They do everything on WhatsApp so you can see everything available on site including a resort map, it’s family friendly with kids running everywhere but quiet at night, the accommodation is beyond compare and dated but very comfortable fully functioning kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, spacious with plenty of storage, not much in the way of entertainment though there is a free shuttle bus every hour up to 6pm into town. Would stay here again

What can I say absolutely amazing,no faults at all the apartment was just beautiful the food was amazing the staff,Anisa on the front desk was amazing so helpful and such a lovely happy person as were all the staff and John in the food area absolute gentleman, Annabella in the bar highly recommend staying here we will be returning very soon kids want to come back,go all inclusive it's brilliant ❤️

We stayed for 5 nights in October 2024. 3 adults, 3 kids (5,3,1) I’m a travel agent and we were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bedroom Villa upon check in (thank you!) The resort is beautiful and well kept. The layout is perfect. So quiet and refeshing to walk around the grounds. FOOD - amazing food. We go all inclusive always and have been to 5 stars before, this was by far my favorite so far for food choices! ENTERTAINMENT - perhaps in the busier months it would be better? On our 5 night stay the circus tent was open 1 night. Mini disco in the Kiosk bar is chaos. We never got a seat even going up for 6:30pm and with the kids being so small we found it hard to keep an eye on them if you needed to sit. POOLS - nothing to fault in the pools other than the main pool, where the shower is near pool bar, they have the bins situated so there’s a tiny gap to walk in and out of the pool area and I watched many people trip into the shower! Definitely need to move the bins and open the area more KIDS CLUB - couldn’t get my 5 year old out of it! Loved it and all the staff who worked in it. The one time she wanted to leave between my 10 minute check ins on her, she was escorted to us at the pool. Staff were brilliant all round. We would come back (soon hopefully)! Thank you

We stayed her for a week as a family of 3 in a two bed apartment. The food was brilliant, lots of choice and was all fresh and tasty. The drink selection was also very good. All the staff were lovely and friendly, apart from the towel attendant who I found to be rude. The apartment was large but very basic. I was disappointed that it had water damaged doors and stains on the sofa, it really did let the place down. The apartment had a damp smell/feeling to it. The air conditioning unit leaked three times when we was there. They did send people round to fix it but it would just leak again shortly after. Children’s entertainment was good but I felt it could benefit from a proper playground for the children to play in, especially when the weather wasn’t the best and the splash park was closed. We enjoyed our stay but would not choose to come back again.

Had a fantastic time at the hotel, beautiful villa by the adult pool,food was amazing,good choice,& lovely staff. Down side no adult entertainment mainly kids stuff, a singer would be a great idea maybe 2 nights a week so you could stay at night instead of going to the old town.

The two-bedroom villa was perfect for us as we went with my parents and toddler. It had a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, microwave, and oven. We made use of the baby concierge service, which we arranged before our trip. We received a potty, high chair, cutlery, cot, monitor, and changing mat, lots of other useful items were available. We paid a deposit, which was easily refunded when we left. I’d recommend bringing a baby monitor, as the villa was very soundproof. We needed ours when we were downstairs, while our 18-month-old slept upstairs. The food was fantastic and varied, with plenty of options. For young children they had plenty of high chairs and plastic plates and bowls. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the whole resort was spotless. Some days they had a BBQ on the terrace, which was a nice touch. We also ate at the à la carte restaurant, it was well worth it, with very lovely presented dishes. We booked it on our second day for a meal the night before we left. We only used the shuttle service once, they had car seats and boosters. When we wanted to go out between the shuttle times, we took Ubers, which only cost around €5. The pool areas were great, very clean and loads of beds. The water was a bit cold at first and our little one especially loved the splash zone. The entertainment was good, particularly the circus show, it was amazing to see the same talented team putting on all the performances. The fire show was another highlight, and we enjoyed watching it from our balcony. Since we usually put our little one to bed before 8pm, we didn’t experience all the entertainment, but what we saw was impressive. There were so many thoughtful touches, like being able to rent toys, the use of plastic glasses during the fire show for safety, characters visiting during breakfast to entertain the kids, and even mini toilets in the reception, entertainment, restaurant area. I also managed to sneak away for some relaxation at the spa and had a wonderful 75-minute treatment. Overall, we couldn’t fault the place. It’s ideal for families with young children, and we would definitely recommend it!
