Booked this hotel as a last minute 4 day getaway with the family. We hired a car and was happy to find out the hotel car park was free to park in. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help which in our experience is a priority. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment for us and our 2 teenage children. Room was of a decent size, kitchen had everything you needed even a washing machine which again was great as we did it all before retuning home! Hotel was close to everything, even Aldi was only a 15 min walk away. Overall yes we would definitely go back purely because of staff. We've visited a couple of countries already this year and come across hotel staff that are rude, so this hotel was a pleasure - thank you to all the staff.

The staff are very friendly and that is where it stops, had to change rooms when we got there as room was terrible and rust in shower/bathroom. Hotel wants big updating, cracked floor tiles in room old and dated fixtures. Dirty around pool area up the top, staff were informed a number of times but nothing done. Was given room 105 (big mistake) got woken up every night between 2am and 4am from noise from guys in the room above or people come back from the clubs on a night out coming through the auto gate below. OK if your between 20 - 30 and want to get pissed every night. AVIOD this place if you want to sleep at night, if you do don't get room 105. Would love some feedback from hotel if you dare!!!

All be it's not close to the Sea. It's a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The Hotel it's self is pleasant, staff very friendly and helpful. Accomadtion is adequit for self catering with a well equipped kitchen, kettle, toaster, microwave and hob oven. The main dissapointed for me was the Hotel allowing large groups of 18-30's. Which made the stay scary when you have four strapping lads right next door to you. Swearing and banging around at 4am, as well as one of them was abusive to me as I walked by to get to my room, which was very Intimidating. I made reception aware and to be fair their manager did deal with it. Threatening to throw them out if there behaviour continued. Fortunately I went home before I knew the result. The Hotel says they do not allow large same sex groups. When tackled they said these groups just book individually and just turn up, surely it's easy to track from the bookings this is what is happening. For a so could family hotel, I was very dissapointed.

I have been to lots of places but I have never been to a hotel with so many rules. On arrival we had to pay 200 euro cash deposit. Only cash. This was for breakages and we also had to sign a form of rules before we even started our holiday. The sheets/fabrics had to be left in the same condition or there would be a fee. We had children with us. You could not leave your sun lounger for longer than 15 minutes. No noise after 10pm. We paid 200 euro cash 33 for the safety deposit box cash and then 56 for tourist tax. So 300 euro gone before we even entered our room. When we did enter our room for additional extras there would be a charge if we wanted an hair dryer or an iron or even down to a baking tray. If you wanted a towel for the pool it was 3 euro a day. I have never been to such a money grabbing hotel in my life. We had a wooden swing in front of us with a sticker saying please do not swing: make it make sense. The room was basic and cleaned most days but we did have a swarm of ants in the bathroom continuously flying all over the floor. The cleaner sprayed something and that was it. We were stuck with the ants. The beds for the children incredibly uncomfortable. The staff were nice and accommodating but I wanted a holiday to relax and before my holiday even started I was annoyed and felt constricted by these silly rules. My poor elderly mom was so nervous leaving her sun lounger for more than 15 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel they charge you for a Ritz experience but sadly you get shabby butlins.

Do not stay here!!!!!!! Omg nasty reception and management!!!! I would not recommend at all So not understanding and so stupid. They don't realise who is giving them business and yet nasty to those who want too. Absolutely 💯 nightmare of a business. Turned up for a party including pregnant woman and disabled people and turned away cause we were a large party!!!!

A nice aparthotel in a great location. The rooms are slightly dated, but all facilities worked fine and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff are very friendly. The swimming pool was nice and kept clean, it was very cold though!!! The bar area is modern and has a variety of drink and food selections. Be aware, on arrival the hotel asks for €200 security deposit Cash only. This was a shock and was extremely high in my opinion. This left us taking home €200 to the UK which we cannot spend. A much lower security deposit fee would be more appropriate. Overall, a nice stay but was disappointed with the high security deposit being cash only on arrival.
