À primeira vista, melhor do que esperava, no entanto, com o decorrer da estadia encontramos pontos negativos: o tempo de espera na recepção é de loucos, parece um serviço público português. Não é admissível que com tantos hóspedes haja apenas uma pessoa a atender de cada vez... O jacuzzi do hotel, que está incluído no preço, tem a água gelada e so fumcionam 2 saídas de ar. Logo, é quase impossível la estar. Bonito mas sem utilidade... No SPA que é pago, há tb aspetos a melhorar por isso mesmo, porque ao ser pago e dentro de um 4 estrelas, não pode ter portas a arrastar pelo chão, por exemplo, como tem no wc das mulheres. Tb existem portas de segurança que não abrem nas barras o que é muito estranho e mais estranho ainda é não haver equipamento de segurança na cozinha como extintor ou manta uma vez que tem fogão. No entanto, a remodelação foi bem conseguida e espero que estes aspectos sejam rapidamente melhorados porque queria regressar ao hotel.

Package holiday with JET2 and my first comment is not in anyway related to the hotel, the JET2 transfer does not drop you at the hotel. You are left at the end of the road where the hotel is situated, and directed by a grunt from the coach driver. On arrival at the hotel, the very first thing you see is a damaged sign, it's not a good first impression at all. Into the reception area you enter a beautifully laid out and airy reception area, really spacious and bright. The reception staff are welcoming, friendly and able to speak your language confidently. Once you've checked in you are then advised of the tourism tax, 17.50, the deposit, 100 and also 40 for safety deposit box. The latter was a surprise and I'm not sure why there is a charge for this and in my experience it is unusual to pay an additional cost. The deposit you can pay by card, the other two costs are cash. None of these were known prior to arrival. The room were allocated was 308 and was ready on out arrival at 12:30, which was great news as we'd sat on a JEt2 transfer for bus for over 90 minutes seeing every other hotel in Albufiera. The room was big enough for 3, but would be quite cosy for anymore than 3. A large double bed, bathroom, seating area and a kitchen......we were all inclusive, so this was, a, surprise. The kitchen was well stocked, with plates, cutlery, fridge and other utensils you would expect, in a self catering apartment....oh and a sign, not to use the kitchen as it was all inclusive. To add further confusion, there was also a dining table at the window with 4 chairs and a desk lamp, a large sofa bed and a smaller 2 seater sofa which was wedged into the corner of the room. Both rooms had a really good air conditioning, which was on for our arrival and was easy enough to use. With storage space in the apartment tight, having a kitchen a dining table and a 2 seat sofa, seems like an unnecessary addition and removal of one of these would create much better use of the space. The bathroom was functional, a good shower, the plumbing was quite noisy but i think that was the case throughout We had seen reports suggesting the rooms were dated and in need of refresh, but in all honesty, we did not think this was necessary. They were very very clean and there is a daily maid services who clean everyday, replace towels and change and make beds. There is entertainment on throughout the day and what this lacks in budget, it makes up in enthusiasm and planning, i honestly could not fault any of the clubs, activities or staff, huge admiration for Vini, Johnny, Marel and Lili for the effort they go to. They really do make the place come alive and are engaging and enthusiastic, they also make time to chat to the guests throughout the day. The enterrtainment team had two shows when were there, mamma mia and summer vibes (i think), both really good fun and well attended. The all inclusive restaurant is very well stocked with the freshest fruit and vegetables ever

Good parts, hotel very clean, pool area maintained well bit dated but plenty of sun beds. Entertainment team where very interactive and friendly, food was good in general found meat and fish was over cooked but salads and fruits where great. Bad parts I had a blind uncle with me and the disabled toilet was out of action all week, found reception staff bit rude stood waiting to be seen when no one else was there and was ignored walked away in the end. Generally all staff were bit ignorant with the exception of a couple. Drink service only being able to get 2 small beers a time was a pain as 3 in our party and one was disabled tried to explain but they were not interested.another negative 7.50 each day for the gym. All in all ok but for the money there is better out there

We visited this hotel as a girls holiday (3 of us) for 5 nights and thought it was great! The room was clean and aesthetic with a balcony, kitchenette and living area where the pull out bed was also very comfortable. Only thing was that the sign on the way in to the hotel was hanging off! The food was also tasty, breakfast was good and there was a large variety, lunch was very similar to dinner however was still good and there was a good variety. It was a little repetitive by the 5th night but we went out to a nice restaurant in the old town one night to break it up. There were fresh pizzas, different meats, pastas, fish, salads, ice cream and a variety of desserts. To drink at dinner there was red/white/rose/red sangria wines, beer (superbock) and soft drinks. Drinks weren’t great, cocktails were poured from a machine and not great however we found a few that we liked and other drinks were decent - bar men were also nice. The location of this hotel is ideal - we could walk to the new town/strip in 10 minutes and Ubers to the old town were less than €4 and ＜10minutes. The pool and surrounding area were good and there were enough sun-beds however sometimes you had to go and get them and lay them out yourself if all the usual ones were taken - the indoor pool was nice however jacuzzi not very warm but we used the showers in there on our last day after checkout. We did have to pay for the safe in the room though even though some reviews said they weren’t charged. You also have to pay a deposit for a towel if you don’t bring your own but that was fine for us. The entertainers around the pool were nice and there was activities on like water polo and aqua dance however the music was sometimes a bit annoying.

This hotel is not 4* upon arrival sign was falling down, the hotel was dated and in need of refurbishing the nicest bit was the reception area, our room smelt of garlic and even after buying room fresheners we couldn't get rid of the smell, the staff are rude and dont speak to you, the food was awful apart from breakfast one evening my partner tried the pork kebabs and it was cold and raw in the middle and when reporting this we was told to call jet 2. The drinks are served in paper cups even in the evenings something you would give a child, the entertainment was none existent and was very disappointing for the money we paid.
