Lovely hotel in a decent location, but restaurant was not open

Great hotel. Super comfy beds and bedding, pillows. Our beds were two single pushed together which is great as can seperate or have as a superking . Our apartment was immaculate and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. (No oven though) the maids came every day to clean and fresh towels. There was hairdryer and soap dispenser in the bathroom. Very friendly hotel staff. Great pool and snack bar. Amazing strawberry daiquiri cocktails ! 20 min walk to old town. We paid £10 euro for a bus to villa Maura- however download the app bold to return and it was actually cheaper so really recommend that app for taxis . You hire the pool towels- 1.50 a day and then 10 euro deposit. Lovely lounge area which we spent an afternoon is due to checking out and late flight and too windy to sit outside. Great hotel would recommend - thank you for a great stay .

Excellent stay here, very friendly staff, lovely rooms and very clean. Great location. We had an issue with workmen in room next to us and the Manageress went that extra mile in making up for the inconvenience. Quality customer service throughout the 4 days we stayed here. - Would recommend the poolside rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Top Class.

Great location, with a supermarket very close, and 15 mins walk to the beach. There's also a fantastic patisserie and cafe, (called Rivirea) 5 mins walk away. The apartment room is basic but clean and it was definitely worth paying a little extra for the balcony room overlooking the pool. I went in February so it was extremely quiet in the hotel (apart from the local tennis courts). There was usually no one around the pool, even in the sunshine. I imagine in peak season it'd be packed and much noisier! I had two appliances in my kitchen that weren't working but they replaced both on the days they were reported. The inside pool has very cold water! I had to buy a €5 swimming cap from reception to use in the pool, but after the first cold swim I couldn't face going back in. The jacuzzi is nice though. There's an open changing area, so no privacy for changing, and no lockers so I had to bring my bag poolside with me. The hotel receptionist did say I could use the hotel towels, which according to the pool rules isn't allowed, so that was a bonus. I'd read bad reviews about the hotel breakfast so I bought nice food at the supermarket and had my own breakfast on my balcony. There are no complimentary toiletries (apart from cheap handsoap in the bathroom), so you do need to bring your own, and also maybe some washing up liq. The bottle corkscrew provided is rubbish, so bring your own if you can get it through customs 😁

Nice rooms, clean. Cold on city side in January/feb especially with marble like floors. Better on pool side in Winter to get sunshine. Ok kitchenette with limited equipment but manageable. Nice bathroom with good space for toiletry bags etc… happy hour was fun - though only included wine and beers. Safe needed extra money and a tiny size! Central location by big supermarket. Parking ok. All good in Albufeira winter sunshine.

I couldn’t fault this hotel self catering room was great we got a balcony with pool view. The staff were very friendly an helpful even the cleaning staff friendly which they do brilliant work. The hotel is right beside a big supermarket an not far to walk to old town. I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel, good location with a short walk between both old and new towns, very short walk to the road train stop and next to a large supermarket, pool was great plenty of sun beds at this time of year! Bedroom was great and comfortable, aircon was slightly noisy but not enough to worry about it or ruin our stay. Only negative I could find were the bar drinks were pricey compared to local bars but we just went to the supermarket and bought our own I would certainly stay again!

Great apartment hotel, very friendly staff, clean and tidy! Great facilities. Would definitely stay again. Loved the indoor and outdoor pools! Very relaxing 😌. Great central location 20 min walk to old town.

Lovely, clean hotel. Both pool areas cleaned & tidied every night. We had a pool view apartment which I recommend. We had everything we needed for a self catering stay and the shower had the best water pressure ever. Old town was a 10-15 minute walk away.
