Abbiamo trascorso un weekend molto rilassante, gustando dell’ottimo cibo anche senza glutine. La stanza moderna ha rispecchiato i nostri gusti personali. Ci torneremo volentieri

This is a hidden gem. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Has trees over 800 years old and the grounds are magnificent for picture taking. The rooms were immaculate and the bar was excellent. Gigo was the man took care of us with Lemoncello and Prosecco. We asked him to surprise us with an appetizer and it was all mouth watering and typical of the region. The pool is great and there is an outdoor bar. Only had breakfasts there and everything was there and it was fresh. The pastries and cakes were delicious. Friendly staff and they even have decaf cappuccino

We had a nice stay but we’re very disappointed on several fronts. 30 euros a day pp to use the pool ??? It would have been 180 euros for our 3 days . That’s borderline criminal and you can only stay for 90 minutes - no coming and going. Then there’s weakest room internet we’ve encountered on our holiday ,the breakfast buffet never changes and they charge 3.5 euros for a cup of tea for take away. There is no in room coffee or tea setup. We expected so much better .

old and expensive hotel. hotel which is in poor condition with an exorbitant rate for the low season. ＞230€, for 80s decoration in the common areas, no equipment in the room. When booking, it was stated that the outdoor swimming pool was open, but upon arrival we were told that it is too cold. you have to pay extra to have access to the spa and the heated swimming pool… very poor value for money… to be avoided! albergo vecchio e costoso. albergo in pessime condizioni con tariffa esorbitante per la bassa stagione. ＞230€, per l'arredamento anni '80 nelle parti comuni, nessuna attrezzatura in camera. Al momento della prenotazione era stato indicato che la piscina esterna era aperta, ma all'arrivo ci è stato detto che faceva troppo freddo. bisogna pagare un extra per avere accesso alla spa e alla piscina riscaldata… rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo… da evitare!

I've only given this hotel 4* because the only view from our room was across to other rooms. The design really isn't very good. Having said this, the room was nice - no complaints there. We were with a group so we ate the same designated table every time. There was an acceptable choice for breakfast though lots of cakes and pastries, no good for a diabetic! The evening meal we had to choose beforehand but it was good and the service was good considering how busy the restaurant was. Unless you have a car, there is nowhere to go in an evening, and we arrived on a coach and stayed in the bar after dinner, where there was a good selection of drinks.

I spent three nights at the hotel with a group of 28 singles. It is an imposing building in its own rounds. There was a lounge area that included the reception and bar. The bedroom was a fair size. The dining area was large as it catered for groups at designated tables. I was able to order wine at the dining table. Each evening I was given a menu to choose next night's meal. There were extensive items to choose from for breakfast. There was plenty of space to relax round the pool. In all it was a cosy hotel.

Adequate for our needs - staff friendly. We didn’t eat in the restaurant. Seems to cater for your groups a lot. Breakfast was ok but not spectacular. Pool looks lovely and clean in and around. What spoils the pool is the pretty much constant noise that sounds like a factory and intermittent motor bike sound that also emits fumes. If it was quiet it would be perfect. Such a shame. The hotel is not homely. The bedroom was functional and utilitarian- shower was the worst shower in the 4 hotels we have stayed in in Puglia. I think it probably needs descaling or a new shower head. All in all our stay was ok but not sure it has enough to make me want to return.

An isolated hotel so you're captive unless you have a vehicle. Check in fine friendly staff. Rooms stark, poor air conditioning, a disaster of a shower, I left the door open and soaked the wardrobe but the room is tidied daily. No tea making facilities. There was a view of a walkway from my window. (Ground floor) Pool towels 3 euros with a 40 euro deposit. Cocktail bar good but slow service. I was in the main dining room, extremely loud. Staff don't smile the poor devil's are running around like headless chickens. Don't be hungry! The food is acceptable. Grand hotel is misleading. Thank you Team La Chiusa.

Friendly staff at reception.
- Bathtub without curtain or any water protection which allows water out the bathtub while taking shower. The bathroom floor becomes full of water for 2nd person!
And this was for our both delux rooms booking.
- Breakfast with limited varieties and without toaster.
