Hotel muy correcto para hacer turismo en Teruel. Buena situación.
La pega fue que con TRIP.COM pedí confirmación de una duda de la reserva y no la resolvieron correctamente

Stayed at this hotel 5th - 7th of Nov 22, greeted at reception by a very helpful gentleman and given my room and helpful instruction regarding on street parking, room good except that there is a shutter over the window which was down both day and night so no natural sunlight, bathroom good but shower cramped for space, to in room but all stations in Spanish and no tea or coffee making facilities in room, food in hotel good, no cereals at breakfast, had a meal in the bar on second night, bar person spoke very little English and the gentleman at reception was very good and helpful here also no desert menu at bar, must say found this stay good and would stay agin

1 All roads to hotel were closed due to roadworks 2 Spoke to hotel, after garbled instructions tried to come in on a different road, that was closed 3 Hotel said if we still couldn’t get to the hotel phone the police and hung up! 4 We decided after another attempt at a tour of Teruel ( which appeared to have major roadworks everywhere) we looked for alternative accommodation

Recepción correcta Habitación,cama cómoda,baño pequeño y su limpieza muy justa (viejo) Cenas crudas insípidas y Mal cocinadas,personal dependiendo el turno o muy amables o muy distantes. Ubicación buena a 10 min centro histórico a pie. En mi opinión le daría una vuelta a algunas cosas.

Hotel correcto.Ubicado lejos de centro urbano.Cerca de dos funerarias.Habitaciones sencillas pero limpias.Recomendable si quieres pasar pocas horas en la habitación.cuenta con parking propio.A destacar Hassan quién nos atendió muy bien

El desayuno deja mucho que desear, el embutido de mala calidad, variedad justa, bollería embolsada. Pan duro. Y fruta poca variedad. Ubicación bien. Baño le falta espacio para dejar neceser por ejemplo. Falta nevera. Las fotos no corresponden

Habiamos estado en 2019 en el hotel y muy bien, por esto volvimos este mes de mayo, pero nuestra sororesa fue que no ha debido de haber mantenimiento desde aquel año. La hab ha sido la 311, pesima, suelo viejo, con marcas, la moqueta del pasillo con unos manchones bkancos impresionantes. Volviendo a la hab 311 el baño mal no lo siguiente, pintura azulejos a corros, moho en la pared de la ducha, los azulejos llenos de agujeros, vamos que esto ni en mi casa lo hago. Yo al hotel tal y como esta ahora con una estrella tiene mas que suficiente. Hay otras opciones en teruel.

Calidad precio mala. Mobiliaria muy viejo como de una residencia de estudiantes, que seguro es lo que fue anteriormente. Pasamos frío porque la calefacción no estaba dada y el aire no daba nada de calor. A 15 minutos andando del centro y se aparca bien por la zona.

Personnel pas souriant. Pas sympathique. 1 nuit passée avec petit déjeuner très sommaire. Avons demandé en partant des cubes de glace pour mettre dans notre thermo. On nous a alors signalé que ceux ci étaient payant. (Déplorable). On ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
