Relax Beach Hotel

Kalite çok kötü, ortak kullanım alanları lavabolara girmenin imkânı yok çok kötü kokuyor, rezervasyon esnasında otel'de çok kötü anlar yaşadık sabah kimlik ile girdiğimiz otel'e oda'ya yerleşme aşamasında pasaport istediler, rezervasyon esnasında oteli aradık böyle bir uyarı yapılmadı.geri dönmek istedik o esnada 2 standart oda olarak yaptığımız rezervasyonu bize 4 kişi tek standart oda olarak verdiler kabul etmek zorunda kaldık.İçecekler ılık buz yok, animasyon yok, yemek alanı çok dar çok sıra var özellikle barbekü ızgara bölümünde, gözlemeyi boyut olarak dört parmak diyebiliriz sırada beklemeye değmez, hamburger de aynı. Plastik bardaktan başka cam bardak verilmedi. Havuz çok küçük yüzmek imkânsız sâdece ayakta duruyorsunuz. Deniz kenarında kayalıklar taşlıklar ve dalga nedeniyle deniz'e giremedik. Oda aşırı dardı bitişik 4 yatak ve 3 yetişkin 14 yaşında bir çocuk ile bitişik yatarak 6 gün geçirdik. Odamızın olduğu tarafta bir bar vardı gece 3 e kadar son ses müzik ile uykumuzu berbat etti. Yani kâbus gibi bir tatil oldu. Paramızla rezil olduk. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz

Average hotel. No British food at all. We had to eat out every single day (myself & 3 teenagers). Chicken & rice or turkey & rice every single day (lunch/dinner). No taste of alcohol in any of the drinks. Stray cats everywhere! They weren’t even eating the food there either! No entertainment either!

This is the WORST HOTEL I've ever been to. The first night when we arrived, we DID NOT GET the Family ROOM we paid for, but we were led to be accommodated in 2 separate rooms. We entered one that was not cleaned, then another that was also NOT CLEANED. The next day we only get Family at 2 pm, we lost the whole day waiting for the key to our room. That room was as dark as a cellar. FOOD is BAD, everything is the same every day and it boils down to tasteless rice, chicken (there was no other meat), some pointless stews, soups made of flour or rice left over from previous meals, 2-3 types of fruit, apples, plums, pears; for breakfast eggs and one kind of puff pastry every day, salads every day the same. There are lines and pushing around food everywhere, the restaurant is not air-conditioned. The plates and cutlery are catastrophically DIRTY, I hated every meal. Tables too. We used to scrub them ourselves so that we could sit down. HOT WATER NO bathing water after 7 p.m. It also happened that it completely disappeared for a few minutes. They justify themselves by saying that there is no malfunction, but the water is used up due to the excessive number of guests. How is it possible that a 4* hotel does not have hot water when it needs it?! When you ask them something, they pretend not to understand, or they tell a lie, they don't want to meet. When I paid for the safe, they promised to come and set it up and never did. THE ENTRANCE TO THE SEA is completely COVERED by ROCKS, it is impossible to enter. You can only go to the left and right of the "hotel beach", where there is a red flag - no entry into the sea. On the last day, you do not use lunch or dinner, and you paid in advance. Worst of all, the AGENCIES WON'T SAY these details. Two agencies convinced me that the bad comments about the hotel on the Internet are not true. How insolent is that. They boast that they sell it well and that they have no negative feedback. In the few days that I stayed there, I met several families who had the same problems with being placed in unwanted rooms, they also complain about the lack of hot water, food, access to the sea... It is impossible that the agencies do not know this. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!
