Arsi Blue Beach Hotel

Отель понравился, чисто, питание хорошее особенно ужин, чистое белье, персонал старается всем помочь, спасибо парню с ресепшена особое. Минус шум от дороги, но для меня некритично. Спасибо.

We visited all inclusive, staff are lovely and friendly. Shame the food was so repetitive just different variations on chicken. Only alcohol available is red or white wine, vodka, gin or effes lager, anything else cost €12. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfy Shane it’s let down by the food and drink, plus there’s not a lot around to do so you have to get a taxi or the bus for the 6 mile journey into town. Would not go there again

Upon arrival, the staff weren’t welcoming and we waited a while at the reception before we were acknowledged. Since our arrival time was after lunch hours, the staff offered to order food for us. However tried charging us triple the price of what food should be, so be cautious of that. Our room had many issues: the air conditioning didn’t work, one curtain was ripped down, another was broken, and there were stains on one of the curtains. The walls were thin, so it was noisy, and the hair dryer was broken. To top it off, the hot water went out on one of the days. When we requested a room change, they told us to come back the next day (reading the other reviews this seems to be a common problem). The all-inclusive food wasn’t great either, it wasn’t hot and seemed repetitive. While the room was mostly clean apart from the stained curtain, the hotel was quite basic, plenty of improvements are needed.

Worst hotel ever - my first solo trip - the only thing that made it was the room was newly refurbished - and the other guests that was around the pool when the pool was filled up 😂 All inclusive said local drinks - gin,vodka,effes,wine only! Everything else is charged! Food and staff was the worst part and the current safety issues around the hotel - lack of health and safety.

Booked here and was moved without prior knowledge or reason to Arsi Paradise Beach hotel down the road (?). Fella who showed us to our room just stood there for 10 minutes for no reason and asked if we liked our room about 3 times. Once moved back to the hotel (2 nights later) we booked, be advised that you shouldn’t come here if you want a towel. Asked for a big shower towel 3 times from the front desk as there were 3 of us in our room, and only had 2 big towels. Never turned up. Spent the week drying from showers with a hand towel. Would not recommend as I had to dry on the balcony. Buffet is average at best. The cheese was nice but got dull after 2 pieces, the meat is frozen and the dishes are practically the same every day. Eggs (photo attached) looked painted. The fizzy drinks and beer are very nice but that’s where it ends for food and drink praise. Actually the chicken nuggets are good too. But then it takes another turn as my friends room had brown water from the tap and shower (?). Cats have free roam in the dining room as doors are open so if you don’t like cats then eat in your room. Air conditioning is a roulette spin as to whether it will work or not, cooked my throat and my nose by the end of the week. They can print plane boarding tickets at the front desk if necessary. If you plan to work out in the gym bring boots so you don’t shred your feet on the broken mirror glass. Cable machine broken.

After reading bad reviews of this hotel after booking we were a bit apprehensive about going. Most of the reviews are correct. We stayed here for 10 days. On arrival at 10 45pm after travelling since 9 am all we wanted to do was get in our room and relax but no, we were given 2 of the most horrendous rooms I've been in. The rooms were on the ground floor, no balconies. Our room was looking out onto sceptic tanks and our friend's room was onto the pool area but had a speaker right outside the window. We went to say we weren't happy with our rooms but were told we had booked "economy" rooms which we said no economy rooms were advertised all are standard rooms. When we refused to leave reception we were told to go back the next morning and see the manager. We were so tired we stayed in the rooms that night but didn't unpack. Next morning we saw the manager who did eventually provide us with 2 better rooms that had a sea view, but we had to wait till after 12. The rooms were OK but the bathroom was very dated and a bit run down. Most of the staff were friendly especially the pool bar staff. The food was always cold and there was no microwave. Breakfast was awful. We found a toaster covered over so uncovered it and plugged it in. We were then told we could not use it! Staff in restaurant need some training on food hygiene as they touch everything!! The flies were on the food all the time. We met some lovely people but unfortunately at least 1 out of each couple became unwell with tummy bugs and being sick! The bar only served gin, vodka, red or white wine and beer for all inclusive and they ran out of gin and vodka a few times. The pool was lovely and warm but we never smelt any chlorine therefore I don't think it was hygienic. The men trying to sell Turkish baths and trips to the bizarre were a bit annoying every day. Overall we made the most of our holiday with the people we met.
