Arsi Blue Beach Hotel

Отель понравился, чисто, питание хорошее особенно ужин, чистое белье, персонал старается всем помочь, спасибо парню с ресепшена особое. Минус шум от дороги, но для меня некритично. Спасибо.

This was the most disgusting and worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It was nothing like how they advertise it on Love holiday. We arrived at 11pm with my child and my friend. We have been travelling all day and we asked them if they had any food for us as we all inclusive. The guy said no even though I told him i have a 5yr old child with me. We went to the room which was boiling hot AC wasn't working Fridge wasn't working and they didn't provide us with any bottle water and only gave us one room key card. We went back to the reception they guy was too busy flirting with two young girls. We had to ask him to give our passports back which he left on the photocopier. We explained about our room they said he cant do anything. The room had three beds with with light in the corner bed. Bathroom was tiny and disgusting. The breakfast next morning felt disgusting with very little options. This gave me anxiety and worried my little ones first holiday. I had severe anxiety and booked elsewhere as it wasn't good for my mental health. The receptionist was super rude when we asked to change rooms and provide us with water. When we left that afternoon he didn't care at all. Worst abroad experience ever. Love Holiday did not sort the issue out as they believed the hotel instead of me even though I provide pictures and videos

Booked here and was moved without prior knowledge or reason to Arsi Paradise Beach hotel down the road (?). Fella who showed us to our room just stood there for 10 minutes for no reason and asked if we liked our room about 3 times. Once moved back to the hotel (2 nights later) we booked, be advised that you shouldn’t come here if you want a towel. Asked for a big shower towel 3 times from the front desk as there were 3 of us in our room, and only had 2 big towels. Never turned up. Spent the week drying from showers with a hand towel. Would not recommend as I had to dry on the balcony. Buffet is average at best. The cheese was nice but got dull after 2 pieces, the meat is frozen and the dishes are practically the same every day. Eggs (photo attached) looked painted. The fizzy drinks and beer are very nice but that’s where it ends for food and drink praise. Actually the chicken nuggets are good too. But then it takes another turn as my friends room had brown water from the tap and shower (?). Cats have free roam in the dining room as doors are open so if you don’t like cats then eat in your room. Air conditioning is a roulette spin as to whether it will work or not, cooked my throat and my nose by the end of the week. They can print plane boarding tickets at the front desk if necessary. If you plan to work out in the gym bring boots so you don’t shred your feet on the broken mirror glass. Cable machine broken.

After reading bad reviews of this hotel after booking we were a bit apprehensive about going. Most of the reviews are correct. We stayed here for 10 days. On arrival at 10 45pm after travelling since 9 am all we wanted to do was get in our room and relax but no, we were given 2 of the most horrendous rooms I've been in. The rooms were on the ground floor, no balconies. Our room was looking out onto sceptic tanks and our friend's room was onto the pool area but had a speaker right outside the window. We went to say we weren't happy with our rooms but were told we had booked "economy" rooms which we said no economy rooms were advertised all are standard rooms. When we refused to leave reception we were told to go back the next morning and see the manager. We were so tired we stayed in the rooms that night but didn't unpack. Next morning we saw the manager who did eventually provide us with 2 better rooms that had a sea view, but we had to wait till after 12. The rooms were OK but the bathroom was very dated and a bit run down. Most of the staff were friendly especially the pool bar staff. The food was always cold and there was no microwave. Breakfast was awful. We found a toaster covered over so uncovered it and plugged it in. We were then told we could not use it! Staff in restaurant need some training on food hygiene as they touch everything!! The flies were on the food all the time. We met some lovely people but unfortunately at least 1 out of each couple became unwell with tummy bugs and being sick! The bar only served gin, vodka, red or white wine and beer for all inclusive and they ran out of gin and vodka a few times. The pool was lovely and warm but we never smelt any chlorine therefore I don't think it was hygienic. The men trying to sell Turkish baths and trips to the bizarre were a bit annoying every day. Overall we made the most of our holiday with the people we met.

The hotel staff were not friendly at all, the food in the restaurant was cold, whilst we were there from Thurs 12th Sep 2024 for a week there was a lot of people including ourselves becoming ill. 1 guest ended up in hospital in icu due to the illness going round, our room was not cleaned adequately,there was cola syrup on a bedside drawer that was never cleaned. The food was cold and my son had ants crawling on his bed. We were both very poorly for 3 days. We did not eat or drink from the hotel again. They advertised an indoor pool but when asked about this they just kept saying about the outdoor pool. The gym equipment was either dirty, broken,or had safety bits missing. They advertise entertainment but it is just a stereo playing music around the pool There was a belly dancer on 1 night but that was over in about 20 mins The only good thing about this hotel is the outdoor pool. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless they intend spending most of their holiday very poorly or in hospital

Whole hotel come down with norovirus due to the lack of cleanliness avoid at all cost. On arrival was put in a box like prison room I believe they do this for you to pay to upgrade. They don't use gloves and tackle rubbish then food. Whole hotel became ill with noravirus sickness and diorreah . Just got home still ill now . Complaint put in. Hotel is jot how described

I have just got back from this hotel, if like me you are booking because it advertises a gym please do not book, the gym has 5-6 loose Argos weights, no AC, smells of mould and its water logged, the freestanding equipment does not work and its a health and safety hazard! The hotel is not bad, some AC units do not work, for me the hotel was just a pitstop at night not the greatest rooms and deffo not a 4 star I would give it a 2 star at a push, staff are friendly, the all inclusive is a little repetitive, lets start with the bar, Efes beer on tap from 10am to 11pm, white wine and red, vodka an gin are free, any cocktails you pay for, soft drinks and coffee machine you can help yourself. Food: salad bar is insane with a huge variety, meal wise same dishes each day really, turkey stew, chicken stew, sometimes they may serve kebab meat and fish with lots of bones, desert seems good. Pool: no life guard so keep an eye on kids, small water slide, but I did not smell any chlorine so unsure how clean it was, to get to the beach you have a busy dual carriage way so you will have to walk up and use the underpass, now onto the beach, its not a private beach at all, its 5 euros each all day, the restaurant does do good food but you will pay for that and drinks, anyone can walk onto it, staff there are lovely though. At the hotel you will be approached by a rep from the local Bazar which is half hour away by car, he will offer a free lift there and back to visit clothing shops, they will usher you into THERE OWN shop and pressure sale you, if you don't buy enough no lift back, they then march you with staff to other shops they own to buy from there, I'm a big guy so i backed them down but if you cant handle pressure from multiple men at once do not go, go on your own by taking the bus which stops outside. There is ZERO and I mean ZERO entertainment by the pool at night, you might get 1 belly dancer during the week but that's it, just light music in the background where the Bora Bora hotel across the street was jumping every night! The elevator was dodgy and doors sometime take time to open so I walked every day 10 flights by stairs so I didn't get stuck in it, although they did change my room eventually.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been too, the food absolutely disgusting, the room stunk of sewers & cigarettes and did not look anything like the photos on Love Holidays, the hotel details on the LH platform were in accurate and falsely advertised, everybody smoked everywhere (no designated areas!) No Health & Safety regulations what so ever - no First Aiders, No Life Guard around the pool, considering there are a lot of children at the hotel. Poo faeces found around the pool area, pool not sterile or cleaned in 2 weeks! Exceptionally rude receptionists, other workers, unaccomendating of needs/requests. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Just came back from our holiday. Hotel doesn’t deserve 4 star !!!! Rooms are very basic and not clean properly, as soon as we arrived I’ve seen a lot black hair on the floor and in the bathroom and I’m blond ! Some dust hanging down the ceiling. Food basics it’s fine for the first two days later on you are eating the same thing over and over again in different sauces. The slide in the pool is being turned off at 4pm and pool at 6pm !!!!!!! Receptionist I had to deal with was rude and not helpful at all !!! Had extra bed in bedroom for my child and it was broken , they put some extra box under to keep it from wobbling , they exchange it after two days even tho I’ve asked to take it away as there was no space to even walk around 🤯 remote without batteries. I booked my holiday thru ThomasCook and they advertised private beach but you need to walk thru the tunnel around 10 min walk and pay for the sun lounger ! Pay extra for safe in the room . No water in the room ! You need to keep bottle and refilled it by yourself at the lobby or restaurant or by the pool. All inclusive but they serve only local wine, gin or vodka with cola, Fanta or sprite. Location is fine but if you want more to go out it’s too far to walk taxi charge 15 euro to go to the center , bus stop is around the corner 28 Turkish lira and 20 min and you are in more outgoing places. Overall avoid the disappointment and DO NOT book there.
