The Marilis Hill Resort Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at the Marilis Hill Resort Hotel in Antalya and while the location and I was disappointed by the lack of free Wi-Fi and the quality of drinks at the night bar. In today's world, access to Wi-Fi is often essential for travelers, and not having free Wi-Fi can be a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the drinks at the night bar were not up to the standard I was expecting, which detracted from my overall enjoyment of the hotel. While the Marilis Hill Resort Hotel has many positive aspects, these issues have left me with the impression that I would not choose to stay there again. However, I do hope that the hotel management takes these criticisms into consideration and makes improvements in these areas for future guests.

三餐都是吃到飽，是可以吃飽，但不會有想拍照分享的衝動，一樣的食材用不同的呈現方式上菜，差強人意，餐具沒有很乾淨，使用前要準備開水餐巾紙擦拭後才能放心使用。 晚餐6:30～8:30，7:30前基本上都客滿沒有空桌，要等有人吃飽空出位子才能第二輪用餐，吃起飯來有點倉促，開放用餐時間實在太短， 取餐的時候地上一灘水讓我滑倒差點整個人摔地上，後來服務生過來扶我站起來，只是拿了三角錐放在那灘水上，提醒客人不要再踩到，並沒有馬上處理擦乾，放著讓地板自然乾。 房間很舒服，冷氣效果好：陽台附曬衣架，掛曬泳衣很方便；蓮蓬頭水超大，沖洗無敵讚；冰箱效果也很好，是土耳其飯店難得有冰箱效果又不錯的。 海灘不和飯店相連在一起，一小時一班接駁車前往飯店專屬沙灘，為了方便控制時間，最終，我們還是決定自行開車跟在接駁車後面前往專屬沙灘，沙灘超級美，一定要體驗。 飯店內和專屬沙灘都有杯水讓大家自由取用，這點非常貼心。 每天晚上9:30有show time表演，第一天晚上的主題是旋轉舞表演，全場坐滿觀眾，結果表演舞團10:00才衣衫不整的姍姍來遲，還沒開演就有住客在現場大罵離開，表演10:05開始，10:30就結束，但能看到正統的男士旋轉舞(大概10分鐘不停轉),而且不用額外付小費，算是值得。

Başta oğuzhan bey olmak üzere, herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum. Harika bir bayram tatili geçirdik. Özellikle yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Türk damak tadına çok uygun ve çok özenerek hazırlanmış yemeklerdi. Odalar zaten yeni bir otel olduğu için mükemmeldi. İlgi alaka derseniz, sonuna kadar vardı. Bayram özel türk gecesi ve o lezzetler inanılmazdı. Helal olsun o otelde tüm özveriyle çalışan gençlere süpersiniz

We arrived here early hours. Room not ready, gave us a room where other guests were sleeping, then gave us a roo. For 2 people when there were 3 sharing. When we did get a room it was only cleaned 3 times in 2 weeks after chasing the cleaners around the hotel to ask them to clean it or to get clean towels. My son and his girlfriend were given towels with excrement stains on them and then some that smelt of smoke. Had bad accident in Spa where reception floor was wet with NO wet floor signs. Hotel did not acknowledge accident and treated me awful. Food was disgusting, don't stay here all inclusive. The hotel spa manager is a terrible man and did not acknowlegde that he was at fault, he is dishonourable. spa müdürü şerefsiz. Advertising as a 5 star hotel but is a 4 star but in my experience of other 4 or 5 star hotels all over the world this place should be pushing to get 3 stars. Entertainment staff only befriend you to get 5 star reviews. The only saving grace is some of the waiter and bar staff that are lovely. DO NOT STAY HERE

We arrived to no electric in our room, receptionists are moody 24/7, no one understands English, air con on 20 degrees which you can’t change so asked if they could come check it on the second day got told they would send someone up ( which no one came up ) food is horrendous, drinks are disgusting, atmosphere of the hotel is just boring. One man on the entertainment team doesn’t take no for an answer, quiet music, lights turn off after a certain time, not one person has manners. You have to pay for wifi which doesn’t even work. Location isn’t the best as there’s hardly anything around. It’s just not a nice place to stay if you’re English, everyone here looks like they’ve just came back from a funeral with the faces on them, Turkey Alanya is lovely just not this hotel. You’ll like the food if you like scrambled egg, omelettes, boiled egg, cold chips or fish that looks like it’s still breathing, cleaners just throw the blanket back on the bed. Only good thing really is the strong shower. Beds feel like you’re in prison. Towels get changed once in a week… One last thing, don’t leave anything In the fridge because as soon as you take that key card out all the electronics go off so all the food and drink we bought because the terrible stuff here basically was warm and melted. Apart from that the restaurant over the road Palms cafe & restaurant was absolutely beautiful with the nicest gents working there, they make you feel so welcome couldnt fault them at all.

Receptionist Alper asks for extra money in cash to give you a room with seaview, meanwhile all rooms has a seaview landscape. His english is very poor, you ask to speak in english and he finishes to speak in russian. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned - finger prints everywhere, hair , pee marks on toilet. Advice - Bring your shampoo and shower gel with you, because what they gives you is a poor quality. On the other hand i really enjoyed the food. A lot of fruits and vegetables even they do the same meal for 4days in a row. Note - 5* hotel shouldn’t provide frozen food to its guests, but the soya meatballs were actually tasted good. The dessert table was an absolutely nonsense - one taste or no taste at all, or you eat honey covered with oil. (??) What i miss the most - bartender Halil. He really tried to impress us with his coctails, they tasted perfect and were looked amazing. He really showed a lot of attention to us, always came to say hello and how we are doing, he is the only person you could make a conversation in english The waitress and waiters were very friendly , they smile a lot ane always asks you how ya doin, but this 3 sentences is all they know:D The beach is farther than they say - ＞ 950m The music was in russian or in turkish language WIFI - you have to pay 10 euros/phone and it works awful, we had to go to reception every each day to asks for a new code because it didnt work

Booked and payed for hotel 3 months in advance. Got to hotel on the 17th of September and they didn't have any rooms. They offered my partner and I to share a room with an elderly couple. After a short battle we were sent to the Stella Hotel ( wish we stayed there). The 18th we returned to the Marilis only to still not have a room. After several hours wait we were given a DIRTY ROOM. Dirty towels, cigarette butt's on balcony, empty cups and the worst hairs and stains on the bedding ( including pillows). After 3 days of management's lies we were given a suite. Thought we were finally taken care of but the bath had a leak and we couldn't even have a shower without flooding the place. Food, absolutely terrible. We paid for all inclusive but ate elsewhere most days. Besides management lies the staff were good. Also indoor pool was empty. I would NEVER VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

This hotel is 5 star rated do not know who they bribed for it would not give it one .We arrived on the 17th Sept had to wait over tree hours for room, when we got to the room it was still being cleaned by a waiter. Food was lukewarm no decent choice breakfast was either boiled or fried eggs on different days not very well fried burnt mostly . Spagball lunch and dinner no meat in the sauce very little meat on other courses hot plate was warm not hot.Was one member of staff who was very good. Halil the pool barman who was very friendly and helpful. the manager was more into going out for smoke breaks and eating . also no top sheet on the beds rough blanket for top cover. Cleaning was not very good in the lobby bar tables never cleaned properly dusted not wiped clean marks on tables there for ten days we were there .
