Granada Luxury Beach-Ultra All Inclusive

It's an absolutely wonderful facility. We had one of our best holidays to date. The rooms are spacious and clean, and every detail has been considered for guest comfort. The sea is very clean. The F&B department is impeccable. The food and drinks are top-quality. A special thank you to the ETS TOUR staff member, Mr. Fatih. Having stayed at this hotel last year the food isn’t as it was a year ago and around the hotel there is works which need to be fixed. Dangerous tiles on the floor near sunbeds, tiles in pool have come away and they have replaced with a few huge tiles which is basically covering it up, wasps are a real problem, staff being stung, first being stung. The shop on site sells red bull for 7 euros yet you go to the supermarket down from the hotel it’s 90p. Don’t use shop opposite the hotel prices in there are ludicrous! Two snorkels 80 euros yet down the road we got two snorkels and a load of food like crisps etc for 23 euros. You have to be up by 6 to get your beds and people reserves the evening tables where the entertainment so when you go there after dinner it’s carnage trying to find a table. Canteen is a nightmare, you find a table and wait ages for it to be cleaned and re laid! Guest services are rude. Don’t reply back to messages with an update on anything. It’s a real disappointment this year. Spoke to another guest who went to belek and a shop wanted 20 euros for an ice cream and a Fanta. They’re really trying to rip off the people coming to their country for a holiday. I know it’s a thing to barter here which is fine but when they try ripping u off it’s a joke tbh been to Turkey quite a few times and feel massively disappointments this time. If you want nice food and cocktails etc go to Ava’s or Nemo. They’re expensive but worth it Staff at hotel still haven’t returned belongings which were left in room. Don’t repaint when I ask what happens to lost property so they either keep for themselves which is theft or bin it straight away.

Very satisfied with everything, and especially the guys from the photo team, Pablo and Gonzales, excellent photographers and very friendly and welcoming people, highly recommend them, don't miss the chance of a photo shooting with them!
