Well what can I say? We visited as a family myself wife and two boys 16and 13 from U.K. Flights on time massive delay waiting for luggage on carousel at Antalya airport. Airport transfer approx 1hr15min Taxi. Arrived at hotel staff awaiting luggage carried to room. Few drinks early night arrived at 12.30am. I’ll first deal with the negatives the Hotel is lovely it celebrated its 10anniversary while we were there. No1 the room showers suffer frequently from low pressure in reality not really a major problem my wife was more pissed off than me and the boys. No2 the low energy lighting and restricted daylight makes getting ready a-bit difficult again not really a problem for me and boys but wife bit pissed off. We were in a family room which was well spaced and ample for our need small balcony but two separate rooms . Think that’s about it for negatives that the hotel are responsible for. Mini fridge has water beer sprite fanta and berry juice replaced every two or three days tea and coffee available also. bedding changed every two three days towels changed on request if needed or every two three days. Sooooooo… the entertainment team were on it everyday very pro active and lots of energy. Now my negative feedback for the guests!!! There was a large contingent of Russians during our trip and it was an atmosphere killer. I really have no issue being the only brits there (we weren’t by the way) however it really downed the atmosphere. There were German Romanian Albanian English Turkish and the vibe was great in the last two to three days of the 10 night stay when most of the Russians had left it was palpably different. The facilities are lovely the pool is lovely the Bar staff are amazing the entertainment staff are energized friendly and involving to all. I read previous reviews about the food. I can honestly say for an all inclusive restaurant that has to cater for everyone whatever their tastes there really is some thing for everyone. Don’t expect bacon sausages it’s mainly Muslim country however there is something for all tastes at all times. The Effes beer is abit overgassed but ok the spirits are not uk spirits but adequate there’s no way I can drink vodka for 4hrs after drinking beer for 6hrs. Alcohol can be obtained 24 hrs. I only saw one drunk person in ten days which in reality is the way it should be everyone was happy. Like always there are staff that go above and beyond however all staff are friendly happy and helpful. The other issue I read prior to booking was poor English. How’s everyone’s Turkish?? There really are no problems communicating be friendly animatics and enjoy they are great people and will help and assist wherever possible. Would we visit again???? Hell yes but out of Russian holidays peace love blessings book it you won’t regret.

At first sight, the hotel looks luxurious, with high ratings on Booking, Tripadvisor, and Google Reviews. The natural beauty of the beach, sea, and surroundings was amazing, and the room itself was fine. However, everything else left a lot to be desired. Food & Drinks The food was inedible. There seemed to be a lot of choice, but in reality, it was just pasta, nuggets, and some meat cooked on the spot. Sushi was bizarrely made with carrot and dill. The food was salty, spicy, sometimes raw, and lacking variety. It have a lot of food for choice, but it wasn’t tasty(( At the snack bar and beach area, it was basically the same food every day, just tasting slightly different. Burgers were self-service, but the burger patties were completely black, clearly cooked on a grill that was never cleaned. You could actually taste bits of dirt while eating. In the lobby bar, unless you tipped, they wouldn’t make you a proper cocktail. I was even offered a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. For example, I heard a lady ask for Aperol – not on the menu, but suddenly they “found” it. How was I supposed to know what drinks they secretly had? Once I got a cocktail called “Martini Surprise” at the lobby, then later when I asked for the same drink at the lounge, the staff looked at me and said: “We don’t have that, where did you drink it?” as if I was making it up. In the evenings at the lounge bar, there were times when nobody was there to serve us. I went outside to ask, and the bar manager told me the staff were “working in the area.” Fine, but then why wasn’t a barman present at the lounge bar? It felt like if you spoke Turkish, you were treated with respect and served nicely, but for the rest of us the service was rude and careless. To make things worse, both myself and others in our group experienced stomach pain from the food. Without medication like Dioralyte, it would have been impossible to manage. Hotel Condition Despite the impressive building, the lobby ceiling was leaking and there was visible mold. This was not the standard expected from a hotel advertised as luxury. Room Issues We paid an extra €50 for a room with a jacuzzi. In reality, only half of the jacuzzi was working. On top of that, the balcony door would not close properly – we had to call maintenance to fix it. Service and quality in this respect deserve no more than a 5/10. Staff & Service The staff’s attitude was mostly unpleasant, sometimes arrogant. For Turkish guests, cocktails were beautifully decorated, while for the rest of us drinks looked like leftovers. If you asked politely for something better, you would just get dirty looks. This felt discriminatory. We also met another family from England, who had the same complaints about the food and staff. Excursions (Diving) and Green canyon We booked diving through the Loveholidays MTS agent. We were promised a trip 40 minutes away where we would see corals and fish. This was a complete lie. The hotel is absaloutly stunning, we went as a large family group and four children it was fantastic for the children the staff couldn’t have been any nicer! The cleaner was our absalout favourite going above and beyond to make the kids smile, the place has absaloutly everything you need, the shop in store is well priced, and the shopping place downstairs is brilliant too, indoor and outdoor pools and spa available, sauna etc free of charge, there is a huge variety of food and if you go to this hotel you don’t have to leave it is that good; you get took to the private beach via tractor, being all inclusive you are able to eat at multiple places inside the hotel, it is a extremely clean hotel and nothing is any problem to them. The restaurants staff in the main restaurant were amazing too. This hotel is brilliant and I would deffo go again. I had read some reviews before we came about them being horrible to English people, we are from Northern Ireland and they treated us extremely well! I fully recommend this hotel to anyone. The in hotel photographer took outstanding pictures, I think the pictures on this don’t do the place justice, it is even more stunning when you go and see it. Fantastic Stay at Litore – Great Staff and Lovely Hotel We visited Litore midway of October and absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in room 1018 from 17th October -23rd October our room with a balcony, beautiful view and with a jacuzzi and it was lovely. The entertainment team were amazing, the entertainment team kept everyone entertained from morning to the evening every single day. Big shoutout to Hassan he was so funny, a great entertainer, as well as the other members in the team Ali, Mohammed and especially Ahmet with his dance moves The hotel resort itself has an amazing pool and beach area. The pool snack bar offers plenty of variety food to the main restaurant for lunch which I thought was better, the only downfall there is notices up to say do not take any food outside and to eat at the restaurant- I felt guests were ignoring this and doing as they please, which isn’t fair on other guests. Better to have more staff near the door, because when the staff are not looking guests are walking out with plates of food to be eaten near the pool side There’s a great selection at meal times, but I did feel some stuff were very repetitive The only downside is that during busy times, it can be a bit tricky to get a table at dinner, either go when it opens or wait just after 30-45 mins to get a table I found one incident a couple left their drinks on the table and went to get some food, another guest got her food and just sat there and she knew this table was reserved, despite the staff mentioning this to the guest but she didn’t want to acknowledge it and was very stubborn and didn’t move, the other guest come back to see their table has been taken - annoyed and not received a single apology from the other guest. There is plenty of bars around the hotel The shops nearby are great we went to Alara Grande Bazaar which took us just under 10 mins to get there by walking. But watch out as a lot of them try to bump you with the price, better to look around first and see where you can get a bargain from The fridge in the room is restocked every other day or you can ask the team and they will restock. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team which comes by everyday cleaning the rooms - didn’t get the male staff name but he was amazing- our room was so nice 😊 everytime we came back, very friendly and hardworking Only downfall was I did email the hotel beforehand during our stay to mention it was our anniversary on 20th October to make it more special, it may have slipped their mind but overall we enjoyed ourselves. All the staff at Litore made our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel – we’ll definitely be returning! 🌴✨
