It's a good offer for the price. Food choices were limited but good enough

Wasa hotel is just in the center of Alanya. Nice to walk in the evening in the center. It's very close to the famous Cleopatra beach and hotel has got its own space. Sunbed and umbrella are free. Rooms are clean. Reception and management is good. Special thanks to them. They're really helpful and eager to solve problems producing solutions when necessary. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Отель соответствует категории 3 звезды.В 5 минутах ходьбы начало пляжа Клеопатры. Питание все включено, но выбор блюд небольшой, в основном повторяется каждый день. Хамам, сауна за отдельную плату.

Отличный городской отель, хорошие номера, большой балкон, питание среднее, на четверочку, интернет платный, в апреле проживали в основном русские туристы, есть свой пляж, с лежаками, мне все понравилось

Отель хорош своим местоположением, он находится недалеко от центра Аланьи и рядом с пляжем Клеопатра. У отеля есть свой собственный пляж с бесплатными лежаками. У отеля 2 корпуса, один более новый у дороги и другой корпус подальше, основной, в нём находится ресторан. Еда вполне приличная, супы, мясо, салаты, зелень,, фрукты и сладости, напитки нормальные. Выбор есть.

Bij aankomst ging het al verkeerd. Wij werden doorgestuurd naar gebouw blok b i.p.v. blok a (omdat die vol was en waar wij niet van op de hoogte waren gesteld). Blok b heeft geen zwembad en voor alle ontbijt, lunch en diner moest ik lopen naar gebouw blok a. Schoonmaak en hygiëne was het aller slechtst, vreselijk! Bijna dagelijks moest ik vragen om de hotelkamer schoon te maken, dit moest ik op een dag soms wel 2 of 3 keer aangeven, schandalig! De ene dag wordt een wc rol vergeten aan te vullen, de andere keer geen schone handdoeken gekregen, dan weer is het bed niet opgemaakt. De hotelkamer, badkamer en terras worden letterlijk niet schoon gemaakt, geveegd en gedweild. Kussens, dekens en overtrek zijn vies en gevlekt. Deken is te klein! Personeel spreekt heel slecht Engels. Betalen kan alleen cash, pinnen is niet mogelijk Ontbijt, lunch en diner is eentonig en er is weinig plek. Je moet er ruim 30 min vantevoren al zitten om een plekje te hebben. Alleen voor het uitzicht is het (blok b aan de wegzijde) een perfecte plek!

I stayed at this hotel from mid-September until October 5, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was full of issues, particularly with the management. The management was arrogant and loud, making any attempt at communication impossible. One of them even attempted to physically confront me and hurled awful insults. When I called the head management to explain the situation, he also accused me of something I didn’t do, all while the other person continued to insult me. They had no sense of customer service and instead scolded guests. What you see online is not what you get when dealing with the front desk staff. I paid for something I never received, and their excuse was that I had misunderstood. The food was terrible. However, some of the younger employees responsible for cleaning and other tasks were very kind and helpful. Still, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay far away.

I was in this hotel with my friend. We were there for eleven nights, twelve days. As for the hotel, I have to say the food is terrible especially breakfast is not eatable, and lunch and dinner are the same for every day mostly some salads and chicken every day. Rooms and hotel are mostly clean except for sheets and especialy they didnt changed towels. Hotel bar is opened just until ten and swimming pool until 18h, in bar you can get only one drink by one person and staff are not professional. Recepcionist are very rude and not frendly at all and he truy to take money from us alegendly to give us better room but it was scam. Hotel beach is average, sunbeds and umbrellas are old and the biggest problem is entrance to sea is very difficult because there are a lot of slippery rock and big waves, it is very dangerous you can get hurt very easy. I do not recomend this hotel if you want to have good holiday. Alanya is nice place but for me it’s not even close to the Greece, i will not came here again.

Dirty, our room was not cleaned or towels changed, the toilets near the pool had excrement all over the seats and not cleaned, not enough sunbeds at the pool or beach most days, food selections less than minimal and tasteless. Please don't waste your money going here.

AVOID!!!! at all cost don’t waste your money!! probably the worse hotel to ever stay at the most rudest receptionist, first of all you have to pay for wifi it's not free we had asked for the AC in the room to be fixed 3 times got told it will be done in the morning clearly no one came having a 5 month old baby also the pool is tiny & closes at 5pm which is kinda boring im not the one to complain or write a review but the worse experience we had. only thing nice about it was the cleaning lady. the water was definitely not clean water and the all exclusive drinks were definitely mixed with water as they didn't even taste the same don't trust it. biggest mistake we did was not look up the reviews before coming. don't waste your time & money on this place go elsewhere.

JUST DONT BOTHER the rooms were clean that’s about it the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and really paints a bad picture of what turkey is all about and when you write an honest complaint you are basically told your a liar and the guest (me) was wandering about drunk all day there was no entertainment the food and (drinks) was very very basic I ate out most days and evenings and did use their beach most day as there was nothing to keep me at the hotel DONT BOTHER
