Terrible experience. Many mix-ups during our stay that are still not rectified almost a week later after our check out. Front desk said they are not held responsible for information listed on Trip.com regarding information about them.

We liked that the property is all by itself making it quiet.
Our room was clean.The interior of our room was lacking, wall paper adhesive remains on the walls - looks sloppy. We were in a handicap room with walk in shower that was impossible not to have water going all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was what you would expect - the staff was very good & attentive. We requested an early departure - due to weather - that was handled without any issues. No terrible, just needs some attention to details. Thank you.

The only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating was due to the WiFi/internet access. Ir was ridiculous. I had to restart, log off, log back on my devices. Very frustrating when I needed it for business and communication. Otherwise, a good stay.

The property is alone with empty lots around it that were not nice.
The breakfast is important to us, and this had the minimum of hot options but there was no fruit.
We were unlucky to have noisy neighbors and we could hear much of the arguing.

The hotel in general was wonderful, staff was very polite when I checked in and she even suggested a few attractions in the area. Bed was very comfortable. One issue is your fitness center. The equipment is very outdated and not all functional. Space is also tight if more than 1 or 2 people are there and no room to do stretching. For someone who goes to a gym on a regular basis this was disappointing.

A typical and reliable comfort in. And suites! Very pretty, clean, very large rooms, full breakfast buffet and the price is excellent. So happy!

We were on a college visit. We didn't have a bad stay. It's what to expect for a small town. The bed was ok. The bathroom in our room was small. The front desk team were super friendly and very helpful. The cleaning team were great. The breakfast wasn't bad either.

When we arrived I stood at the desk for 15 minutes waiting for the clerk to come to the desk.
