We came to Colorado to visit my son. The young man at the front desk was very helpful. He explained where we could find the pool, laundry area and also informed us of what time breakfast would was served.

The hotel was overbooked and sent us to the Fairfield across the street. The breakfast at the Fairfield was was terrible and there was no food for about 20 minutes. The reason I booked that Hampton was the rave review on the breakfast.

We were supposed to stay at the Hampton but because ******* over booked we got pushed to the Fairfield. The pool was so full of chlorine our eyes were burning and we could barely breath, coughing constantly. Only able to stay for 15 mins. Then the breakfast was already out of good 45 mins before breakfast was set to be over. Not a great experience for what we paid for. Oh and the shower floor was brown and looked dirty.

Window seals were busted in both windows in our studio room, could barely see out as all the fog and water stuck between the panes made any view impossible to see. Plus, I took photos of the black mold around the lower window frames... room was definitely in poor condition.

The scrambled eggs and red potatoes at the breakfast were the best in any hotel we've stayed at! Please pay our compliments to the wonderful woman that serves the breakfast!

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient but our room wasn’t very clean. There were several long hairs on the shower wall and chocolate on my comforter. It made me question how clean everything else was.

I stayed in the room next to the kitchen. I was woken up every morning by the noise in the kitchen. I stayed here last year and the experiences were very different. Last year was great and this year did not meet my expectations of a Hampton Inn. Paying the same for my room as someone with a quiet, better experience does not feel right. When I checked in the employee even commented that I was getting the last room available (despite making my reservation months in advance) and that it would be loud being next to the kitchen. I would not stay at this property again when I return to Alamosa.
