AMAZING location in a stunning situation in the desert surrounded by rocks, which are illuminated during the night !!! Nice traditional architecture of the rooms. The short walk we had towards a gorge, with the path starting from the resort was simply amazing ! The resort is huge but looks a bit abandoned. Don't know if it was due to Ramadan season. It also seems to be overpriced for the amenities it offers.

Everyone at the Sahary Resort, from the very helpful Receptionist Mohammed Masoodi to Amr, the restaurant Manager to the Executive Chef Shref Omar and his team were not only super friendly but also extremely professional. The entire staff at the resort understand what hospitality and good service is all about. Thank you to all who made my 1st time in Saudi Arabia such a unforgettable one. I hope to be back there at the end of the year In Shala.

Resort - Itself is amazing! The room is big and clean. The water heater works great! Toiletries are in place. Coffee/tea & mineral water bottles are replenished daily. They make up the room daily too. Restaurant - Wide spread of delicious food. The waiters are very friendly especially the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Amr. He is so nice to accommodate my request. I couldn't attend dinner on one of the days and requested if I can change to lunch instead. He attended my request professionally! Outdoor set up dinner is awesome! Front Office - Very disappointing! Reception is the first person that makes you feel welcome! But not in this case. First look at her face (Afra) and you can tell that she's unhappy! I don't feel welcome at all. They lack communications between their shifts. When asked about something, they will tell you to ask this person (A), when you go to this person (A), they ask you to inform reception!!! On my last night, I checked with reception if I can have a late check out as my flight is at 10pm. The night duty guy said, yes and he allowed me to check out the latest at 3pm and noted down my room number. The day of check out, Afra called so many times and told us to check out immediately. I informed her that I was allowed to check out at 3pm. And she said NO! She said that if I want to check out at 3pm, i have to pay a half day fee which is around SAR 400. It was so ridiculous! She should at least check with the night shifts on duty before insisting us to check out! The lack of communications especially the front office is terrible! With her stuck-up face, I don't think I will come back again. I hope the Management should look into this matter. There's no way to treat your customers in such a way. Even though I am Asian.

Set in a valley you are surrounded by amazing rock formations. This is a tranquil spot a little way from a main road. The rooms are clean and modern inside and very atmospheric outside. Food was plentiful and of good quality. It is the ideal location for visiting all the many local attractions. We will come back here soon.

Carved tombs formed by the death status of the 2000-year-old Al-Anbat community. The temples, the importance of water, which is life for humanity, architectural inventions which they made. Shape of rocks are amazing. Well designed reception and kind staff. So good so nice.

There is a saying that "A fish rots from the head down" - When an organization fails, it is the leadership that is the root cause. This is absolutely try for this resort. We stayed at the resort for 4 nights and the management were incredibly unhelpful as well as the service and receptionist. The cleanliness was not good, bathrooms just felt yuck. We have tried for the last 6 weeks to get an overage of our deposit returned, and the management has been completely unresponsive - either by phone call or email. Any support we requested form management or support staff was met with belligerence. DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT, everything about us being there left a bad taste in our mouth. The team from the United States, Dubai and Saudi Arabia were incredibly disappointed and rather angry.

Very nice location between huge rocks.Staff were polite and helpful specially Sultan the owner of the resort.Food was good with a lot of choices,room was huge and clean.Nice outdoor restaurant with nice night lights for specially feeling.It was really nice experience to be there.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Sahary AlUla Resort. The hotel is located in an amazing area with beautiful nature and scenery. I would definitely recommend staying here. I would also like to say Thankyou to Azahr from the Safari team (the airport transfer company). She was extremely kind and generous. Azahr invited me to go for coffee with her which resulted in being a great night! I learned plenty about the local culture. It truly was a great experience spend with an amazing person. It is a memory I will not forget. Thankyou !
