The hotel is extremely value for money. The staff are very good attitude. The breakfast is ok. So, if I have business trip in the city in future, I will continue picking this hotel. Excellent.

Not clean at all and old furniture.

房間門不能從裏面反鎖，也沒有提供電吹風。 酒店位置好，出門就是超市賣場

離波斯灣很近。旁邊有家超市，方便購物。還有一家購物中心，不過白天沒人，晚上會熱鬧點。沙特白天太熱了，適合晚上出來行動。酒店服務挺好的。

乾淨、寬敞，就是裝修風格略微陳舊了些

位置很好，附近就有商超。便於停車

The worst service I've ever experienced, not even comparable to motels. They gave me a room with an issue, and when I asked for a change, they made me wait for about an hour, and in the end, they gave me an even worse room. When I ordered a food delivery, they refused to allow the delivery person to come up to my room and didn't send any room service. Even motels are not like this, unfortunately.

Nice Food and friendly environment. Nice hospitality and well behaved staff have utmost respect for all the people arriving in the location. Welcome every individual with next level of respect. Recommended for visiting for all the hospitality.

Great experience and i love to stay here in the park inn. I hope that i will have more bonus and previlages to come.

Very good location and clean hotel and staffing welcoming very quick service and the are professional and having very good place to set in the garden night time and good buffet the taste of the food is great ☺️🙏👍👍👍

the hotel doesn’t feel a 4 star hotel..need an update (interiors) though..the arab lady receptionist (the one with heavy make up) was so rude! she doesn’t even know how to treat the guess equally with regards to nationality. so ******! she made my stay so disappointed.. also, they don’t have enough parking space.

Brijesh at the restaurant was a gem and the sole reason we didn’t check out after experiences that were sub par from a hotel of this category. We were informed at check in that our rewards information have been recorded. Almost towards the end of the stay we rechecked and found out it wasn’t entered. Room service cleaner was rude with the family and wasn’t happy at his job Reception lady was bored out of her wits. She welcomed us properly with poker face and when we brought to her attention not to call the room many times when we extended the stay she stated to us ok. We still got two more calls after the 4 repeated reminders to pay.
