This is really nice, new hotel. Swimming pools are huge and very nice. There is also small swimming pool with schadow for babies and 3 slides for bigger kids. Service is kind and professional, cleaning service is also good. Food in restaurants is tasty and cocktails ( especially in pool bar and wave) are great. Nice buffet for breakfast and also choice from a la carte. Room is spacious and there is everything you need. Very good shampoo and conditioner. We had also option with lounge. Service great, food and drinks there also to recommend. There is as well kids club. Girls working there are very nice and my son was very happy there. As family of 3 ( with 2 years old toddler) we were very happy staying in this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. A special shoutout to Firoz, who cleaned our room after the first night—he was outstanding! Not only did he ensure our room was spotless, but he also stocked up plenty of water for us and checked if we needed anything else. His warm hospitality truly made a difference. Another staff member who stood out was Rohit, who delivered our luggage with a warm smile and great hospitality. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure we were comfortable from the start. The front desk manager at East Restaurant was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had a great dining experience and was always available to assist with any requests. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff throughout the resort truly elevated our stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and every room comes with a balcony. We stayed in a garden-view room, and the ground-floor ones open directly into a lush green space, which was lovely. The resort itself is massive, featuring a long private beach and a huge lagoon pool, which stays open until late in the evening—one of the biggest in RAK! A great plus for families is the water park, with separate sections for kids and adults—such a fun addition! The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, for dinner, the choices leaned more towards international cuisine. As Indians who prefer a wider range of flavorful dishes, we found the selection slightly limited. Great hotel and facilities. Fabulous service from very friendly staff. Particular mention to Pa pa, Jaycin, Sanjeewa and Hayford who contributed to a memorable stay. Some building work going on outside the hotel which was a little annoying but not enough to spoil our stay.

We returned a week ago from a very enjoyable 9 days at the Sofitel Al Hamra. We had a suite with access to Club Millésime and an uninterrupted view of the sea. The resort was delightful; low rise and with a village feel due to the accommodation being in villas connected to the main building by a network of flower-filled garden paths. The bird life is amazing. Our suite was large, elegant and spotlessly clean, modern and tastefully furnished. The buildings and facilities are faultless, but it is the staff who go the extra mile who really complete the experience. There are too many wonderful people to mention, but special thanks go to the following: Natalia, Sisca, Jaydee, Vicky and Dayana for welcoming and looking after us in the Club lounge. Thin, Ivy and Aung (call me Kevin!) in East restaurant. Shivam for looking after our room and ensuring we had everything we need. M Louis Poulain for meeting us regarding an issue we were having and for dealing with it promptly and efficiently. We look forward to returning.

My wife and I really enjoyed the 5 nights at the hotel. I want to appreciate Mr Joseph the bell captain who will assis you for all the request you might have with always a big smile and positive energy. I also want to appreciate Mr Mustafa who yook take of us at the "Reunion" restaurant. And all the staff in general who is really making your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is very big and nice. In short I strongly recommend this place
