The hotel is max a 3 star not 5, the staff are lovely and the rooms are clean. However the facilities available are basic, there are very few seats available by the pool and people are swimming in Arabic clothes rather than swimsuits, children are running around making a lot of noise without supervision. Due to noise and a private party I moved rooms and was lying in bed reading when someone opened the door luckily I had the chain on as they kept banging the door until the chain broke and they opened the door!!! When I called to reception they just said let me check. I went down and still manager refused to come and they just said sorry we will have the door fixed! Disgusting do not stay here. We booked a restaurant for 10 people, turned up at the allocated time to find no table reserved and no seats available plus no apology given. The main restaurant was closed for a function and the second restaurant was under renovation so we were told only options for dinner were the pool bar at the Mercure hotel or the inside buffet restaurant at the Mercure hotel, nothing in this hotel. The pool bar menu is basic and food is brought from Mercure hotel and is cold, the buffet is rather basic and I was not comfortable to eat the salads which had Mayo as they did not seem cooled at all. All areas of outside had yellow hornets flying around as obviously no treatment to stop them. The rooms on the second day had an awful smell of sewage by midday and we had to call the engineering to come resolve the issue. I would not recommend this hotel at all, you would be much better staying at a hotel anywhere else.

The pool experience was a disaster, people are in the pool fully clothed , babies are in the pool with their diapers They are diving , eating inside the pool I was chocked to be honest comparing to the reputation of the hotel The rooms were spacious but not clean enough , sheets were not changed we need to ask for towels and hair dryer At night too much noise we couldn’t even sleep !

One of my favorite place for me and my family we had good time specially my kids Great experience Wonderful place Good food Stunning view Professional team specially Mr. Ibrahim He was so helpful This was my 5th time there and for sure coming back😎

Place is good,very cozy. Room is big. But Wifi is bad. Very slow. Staff is not attentive specially on the guy near the door. He is with his mobile phone doing something. When we chek out,he saw us with all the bags. Not even offering to help. Not even bothering to open the door to help us. When we open the door,that is the only time he also open it. We asked reception to extend until 1pm for check out due to uncertain circumstances. But did not allow us (understandable) maybe becuase its weekend. First time experienced this in out hotel stays.

المكان زين بس مش مظيف 100% حجزنا لعايله واول سويت عطونا ياه المكيف كان خربان و اضطرينا نغير الغزفه .. وفي وايد نمل فالحمام .. والبوفيه مب شي والامكانيات الي فيه والاشيا المتوفره مب حق خمس نجوم للاسف، مش مستوى خمس نجوم رغم انه يديد،،،،،،،،،،،،،،،
