Our week at this beautiful spa hotel was fabulous. From the reception and guest services staff were very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment staff were really good fun and kept us entertained day and night, and treated us as if we were old friends. The waiting staff were all excellent and very friendly, especially Ayten in the main restaurant, she really looked after us. The food was out of this world, the variety was incredible and different every night. How the food was presented was very impressive. Our rooms were clean, modern and spacious and serviced everyday. The spa was also very impressive and had lots to offer. I had a sports massage whilst I was there which was incredible. The outside space and pools is vast and very clean. We also did yoga or Pilates every morning, outside which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to revisit it.

Beautiful hotel, so much space, modern and amazing food with so many places to eat on site (all inclusive) including its own Patisserie and Starbucks! Lots of bars and some are 24 hr. Branded spirits included too and an extensive cocktail list. The pool scene is excellent with plenty of sunbeds and huge pools with a chilled out vibe. Lots of entertainment and an excellent team including Sunay who spent the time to get to know us. Bonus that this stunning hotel is only 20 minutes away from the airport with shops on our doorstep plus lots of excursions. Love this place ❤️

Everything perfect, nice people, good food, amazing entertainment team. Arif, suha, sunay, Murat, Berken, thanks for the great games and entertainment. Close to Antalya Airport. There are plenty of bars and you’re served quickly. Pool is clean and easily accessible. 16+ pool available if you require some rest.

We visited this hotel as a family of 6. First time in Antayla and loved it. If you want just to stay within complex and relax and enjoy family time together..then this is perfect for you. The entertainment team are brilliant.. always chatting and trying to get you involved in things .. I do feel more things could have been done or more games around the pool. Sunay was excellent with the kids and always happy to chat and say hello and tell us what was going on. The event on evening could be longer as the standard is good .. it’s just a shame you get there and settled then you have to move into the sea lounge and find another seat. The neon party was fab and they had painters and offering glow sticks and dancers ..the whole place was decorated too. The moulin rouge set up was amazing.. but didn’t quite get why they didn’t follow the theme with that kind of music.. the dj just played normal dance tunes . For all the effort that was put in to make it like MR.. I was confused . There is plenty of different bars and areas where you can sit and either be Amongst it or wanted bit more quieter down time .. I’m not sure if this will be same when the season picks up . Sunbeds situation was ridiculous to the point we had to put alarms on got 6-7am to get a bed… half the time the beds were never used or sat on.. The nightclub was always empty.. and bar staff wasn’t always there . I didn’t get that and some people just stayed at the sea lounge where it was quiter after DJ finished . The water sports is good and Ali was such a lovely man and offered good discount If you done more than 1 activity. The pier cabana was good.. not worth the 120 Euro tho and after the hassle we had after they took beds away for health and safety for winds .. the guest relations manager was disgusting with her attitude and all I wanted was to get my moneys worth and asked for another half a day as we didn’t experience the full day. To the point I had to escalate it to GM as everytimr I said .. I’m not paying for a service I haven’t received. She just kept going back to .. you will pay for it ..weather not my problem . I said yes but Health and safety is.. I asked to speak to her manager and she said you speak to nobody but me . She soon retracted when the manager called her and then all sudden she said of course you can have the half day tomorrow or only pay the half you used today . The evening entertainment in sea Lounge was DJ every nost nights and for a family hotel I feel they could of put more things on for kids on evening and got them more involved as most nights it was dead quiet which Is a shame in my opinion. Food was good and plenty choice .. service for drinks was hit and miss . The roller skate service guy never asked us and I think once I said can you come over and I’m still waiting . We asked at pool bar hut how do we get the service and was happy to tip but he never asked us. The drinks were hit and miss .. depends who served you. Rooms were okay , they nee

Just finished a wonderful yoga session with Ayse at the Baia Lara poolside. She matched the session to our fitness levels. Really enjoyed it and highly recommend. Very invigorating and will definitely try some of her other excercise sessions at the pool with Zumba and also pilates.

Last couple of days here, had an amazing time. The food was amazing so was the whole entertainment team. The entertainment team were always friendly, always happy and smiling. Sunay,Murat,suha were brilliant and really made our holiday special. Thankyou to everyone for a fantastic holiday.
