Excellent hotel with great food available 24/7 (few hours excluded). Conveniently close to the beach, but slightly distant from the old city.

It’s nice hotel with good service, you always can eat good foods.

Ramada Resort by Windham Lara Beach Absolutely fabulous hotel! The food was excellent, great choice, fresh salads, cold meats, hot dishes, fruit & deserts! All tasty and fresh. Loved the patisserie and “pancakes” with spinach or cheese freshly made during lunch time. SO TASTY!! Very clean. I was very impressed with room cleanliness, same with restaurant, reception, pool area and in general. No fighting for sun beds :) Plenty of those! Nice pools, great slides. Safeguards always making sure we are safe and kids (and adults) are following the rules. Beautiful beach and everything really what you could get at the hotel is at the beach too. Toilets, restaurant, fridges with water, pool with slides, free sun beds and towels. Free shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach (or you can walk too, 10 minutes maybe steady walk). Lots of shops around the hotel, mini shopping centres with everything you need. There’s a shop in the hotel too.

The place is lovely but unfortunately the front desk staff is not welcoming. All the other staff from cleaners, cooks, spas, and housing are keeping a lovely and ALWAYS willing to help. I stayed there for 2 weeks. The food was lovely and was very close to shops and supermarkets. You have access to other premises, and there is a beach shuttle only 5 mins away.. There is plenty to do if you have kids, and you don't have to think of snacks as the hotel is all-inclusive.

We have just returned back this morning from here. I was a bit worried after I read the reviews but it was a fantastic holiday here. My kids loved the pools, beach and aqua park. The sunbeds were a nightmare at the start but last 2 days we got near the pool. The beach pool is much better in terms we got 2 beds at 11am. The main buffet was nice and clean. We made the mistake of going 8pm and it was jammed the first night after that we went early and it was calm. The staff especially the cleaning in the room was superb.As we stayed 7 night we had the Asian Le Carte which was amazing. Helpful and smiling. My children were so happy. One downside was that we had a late flight as the busy period we were unable to keep our room. We spent the morning by the pool and the rest in the lobby. I have been looking to book next year.

Ok so this is a realllly long review. Two adults, 6yr old and two 16yr old lads. Amazing hotel! Review trying to bite size but info on things to note. Room. We got a family room. Very spacious. Extremely clean. Maids came every day. Even surprised us with little towel decorations on the bed. Just put the sign on the door if you won’t want them in. Free safe. Large enough to store iPads. Free mini fridge with water, orangeade and cola. Refilled daily with water. Give you more pop too if you’ve drank what’s there. No usb in our room but absolutely loads of plugs so we didn’t need the extension lead we took. Tv with an info channel of the hotel but rest is Turkish channels. Leads to attach dvd players etc. (We had a portable for our daughter we hooked up). Lifts worked perfectly. Staff. All really helpful and kind. We had someone steal our daughter’s hooded towel (not hotels fault!) and the lady at guest relations was really helpful trying to find it in case it had been tidied by staff. Staff in restaurant were always there to take your drink order and several time came back with the same order when they noticed you had finished your drink. Very attentive. Not all speak perfect English but all very helpful and calm. Especially when you witness several guests being rude them cos of this. Handled with grace. Maids were nice. One lady so happy, made me smile every time I saw her. Asked for late checkout, went at 7am and told to come back at 9. Couldn’t get all day as fully booked but able to stay til 2pm instead of 12 free of charge. They need to register both key cards as they will lock at 12. Bags are then stored either behind the desk in a room or if it’s full, in the lobby. I felt uncomfortable at first leaving them and sat in lobby for an hour til realised they were perfectly safe where they were! Plugs in lobby and a charging station to put phone in and lock while charging. Free. Main lobby literally houses everywhere you need to go so even though it’s a big hotel you can’t get lost! There is a hairdressers. Prices for hair is decent but hair braids for 30€ seemed a bit steep. Pleasant blokes though. 5€ for painted nails which was lovely for my 6 year old. Onsite market. Didn’t buy anything so didn’t really look at prices but had pretty much anything you needed in emergency. Spa for treatments. It’s also where you get your towels. You get given a card and swap for a towel. Then return for your card back. Also a towel place just before you go to the beach pool area so no need to lug towels from hotel to beach. Onsite gym. Cardio and weights. Aircon. Meant to be over 16 but was kids in there but weren’t causing trouble. 24 hour bar in the lobby. Guest relations. Reps corner. Restaurant also leading from lobby. Food was decent. Pretty much repetitive but with tweaks here and there every day. Always chicken nuggets, chips, plain spaghetti with sauce next to it rather than mixed. Soooo much food. First. The staff work their socks off.. Never left waiting well done to them.. Sunbeds is a big problem. 10days 1 day actually got one.. Be aware the bloke who cleans pool side throws your towels off and gives sunbeds to others... The snack food bar did get boring serving the same food for 9 days.. But was nice. Drinks not nice. Except the ice coffee. Beware how slippy the floors are I went flying twice. Hurt my hand. The seats in the, reception could do with a good clean they are filthy.. Pool is nice and can use the sister hotel across from it.. Was good holiday. Nice hotel. Prob would not go there again but I don't visit an hotel twice anyway

Be carrfelly before choose this hotel!!!! We travel as a family for summer vacation, we surprised You shoud take a bus for 15 min to go to the pool and beach! And the pool very small and so many pool in(full.of people) we didn't find a place to stay and swimming ! I didn't recomanded for family travling for summer vacation, thx
