Crystal Centro Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive

This is my 14th year in Turkey. This is by far the WORST hotel I have ever been in. The hallways were dirty, full with toothpicks and dead crickets. Blood on the pillows, unhygienic showers and run down amenities. Absolutely horrible. We were a group of 10 people that arrived on Sunday night. Our rooms were dirty and horrible. Along us, another three families arrived and all of them had the same complaints. Because one of the family had small children, they had to take the maid's cart and clean their own room because no one would come to clean it after midnight. Imagine paying thousands of euros for your vacation in an all-inclusive resort and having to clean your own room when coming to the hotel. Unimaginable. This is not 5* hotel but 3* at most. It might have been a 5* about 10-15 years ago. Disgusting, horrible. The service is on par with the cleanliness. They do not speak more than a few words of English as the majority of the guests seem to be from Russia or Russian speaking. This resulted in bad behaviour by the staff if you spoke English or German. Outside of the hotel, the location is nice. A lot of shopping available in the near proximity with good quality goods. EDIT: This is an edited review, because the only thing they offer is the original foreign soft drinks and alcohol and I was under the impression this needs to be mentioned. This was nice, but overall the experience was subpar based on the price of the booking.

There was a total of 14 of us at the hotel we really had a great time 5 of us was returning to the hotel as we had stayed with you a year ago so we brought 9 others with us this year every one of us had a great experience thank you one and all see you next year if not before

I have just returned from a week holiday staying in the crystal centro in lara antalya and what can I say...... first impressions the hotel was amazing very big lobby was clean then went to check in and the reception staff didn't speak very good English ( yes im in Turkey and should speak their language but I can't) so got all checked in and went to our room. It was 3 adults travelling and when we got to the room it was set up for only 2 people had to call to have the sofa bed made up. The mini bar and coffee station was only for 2 people not 3 so that's my first problem. Pool area clean with plenty of beds so no getting up early to get a bed. As the week went on the room was not cleaned only bed sheets and towels changed everyday. Until 4 days into my holiday I had a shower got my towel only to find dried fecal matter all down the towel and blood on the bed sheet ( not old blood fresh blood ) it certainly wasn't from me. This hotel is not for British people it is based for Germans, Russians and Turkish. The staff can't speak very good English you ask for something they didn't understand what we were saying so had to translate into Turkish. Breakfast was great loads to choose from, the pool snack bar for lunch also amazing but evening meals not so great for me anyway. Service at dinner was appalling in the end I would have to get my own drinks from the bar. I am absolutely disappointed with my experience at the crystal centro for what I paid as well I definitely will not be going back to this hotel. So if you are British and thinking of going here please do your research first and read reviews as I'm not only one that's had a bad experience here. I was recommended this by my travel agent so not my choice. Apart from all the bad I had a lovely holiday some staff were very attentive and friendly. The best part of this hotel is the kitchen crew. They do great, food is delicious and well served. This includes desserts in the lobby. That's the only upside of Crystal Centro, unfortunately. Oh, also evening shows in amphitheater are good for a hotel such as this one. That's it. Now, the bad. - Lower floors rooms seem to be located right above the restaurant loading dock. Which means a good amount of rooms in this hotel are forced to listen to trucks being offloaded whole night long. Nothing makes you rest better at night than a sound of breaking bottles and rattling metal carts. - The rooms are dirty, every set of bedsheets and towels have at least a few stains of human fluids. - Our room had terrible smell in toilet when somebody in rooms above flushed. Borderline unbearable. - AC barely works at some rooms. In some it doesn't at all. All the above could be easily fixed, but staff is not helpful. Reception would say that they sent someone, but nobody ever comes until you repeat your request a few more times. I don't recommend Crystal Centro.

I stayed in this hotel with my family from September 5 to 11. I must say that it was a unique and lovely hotel with happy and varied programs for both adults and children with a very good location. The location of the facilities, especially the swimming pool, water park, and restaurant, was excellent and good, which is also suitable for small children. Especially the Kids Club and its employees like Miss Aya and Miss Ayo, who are kind, beautiful, professional and lovely, and good restaurant employees like Mr. Gazi. It has a nice and quiet sandy beach with a pier and cozy and beautiful pavilions. Unique night shows for both adults and children that surprised us. I must say that in this hotel, everything is ready for a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were a bit poor and looked like a 4-star hotel. Our room had a broken air conditioner and bathroom (0134), which we had to change, and the new room (0122) also had very low cold water pressure and always hot water. Overall, it was a good hotel.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel. The Entertainment Team were fantastic, especially the enigmatic Pepe who hosted the darts He made our stay a lot of fun with his energy. Cumali, Mehmet and Gaye at the beach bar were also brilliant, keeping the kids in nachos and the adults with a delicious cocktail. Water slides and kids water play area were brilliant. Food was good, I recommend the A La Carte restaurants especially. The seafood was particularly delicious.

Excellent staff excellent hotels and best respectfully with guests and people.especially cafe staffs they offer delicious cafe and desserts.especially mrs zelal she is best Garson.she is respectfuly with guests.i wish all the best for cristal centro staffs.

We liked this hotel. About everything was perfect. We liked food and drinks a lot. Everyone was perfect Thanks for the Efe from Guest Relations and ZELAL. Thanks a LOT for Bar Personels. We will come back again next year. We loved so much.....

Hotel is ok. Animations is so funny, an i like mini club place. mini club chef and animasyob cef everything thank you Fitness salon but material is so little, dumble dont have, cardio perfect. Your fitness teacher, national athlete, who works in the sea, is very qualified and very knowledgeable. He also does morning gymnastics and step aerobixs peofessionaly. Teacher cihan, everyfhinf is perfect, thank you very much
