Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. We spoke with reception and tried to explain that these guests could just turn off the fan from their room (or there is even an option to have heating). I don't thin

Lovely hotel. This is our 2nd visit we enjoyed so much the first time we came back. The rooms are lovely with mini bar replenished daily. My only criticism of the room would be one cover on the bed isn’t big enough for 2 people but ask and another will be provided. The staff are great nothing is too much trouble great customer service. Plenty of food to suit everyone. The pool areas are lovely we went between the aqua bar pool and the quiet pool. We finish our holiday tomorrow but will return.

We stayed here with the family for 5 days - it’s great location. Rooms are clean and modern, food is great (some smoothies, more healthy/less oily food would be amazing) pools are amazing for the kids and clean. Overall we‘re happy we chose this place!

we arrived late at night and were welcomed by a lovely man on reception and bell boy who took our cases to our room, we were told we could go and get food and drinks at the restaurants late night buffet which we did, there was pizza, chips, burgers, salad available all great we went in our room 7107 it had 1 double bed and 1 single we found it quite small with 3 of us and our luggage so asked if we could upgrade to a bigger room, we upgraded to room with whirlpool on terrace, room 0229 it cost around £300 for the 14 nights, the balcony in this room was larger than the first room we were in. The rooms were lovely and clean with all toiletries and minifridge full and it was filled by housekeeping everyday. The food was amazing throughout the hotel, the omelettes, waffles and crepes for breakfast were a hit for us, for lunch we usually went to snack bar at the beach and had kebabs or pizza and at night my favourite was the pasta made to order. The cakes were unbelievable the selection everyday was amazing. The restaurant staff couldnt do enough for you, they were always on the ball bringing drinks and clearing plates, the restaurant and snack bars were spotless and there is lots of choices even for fussy eaters. we only done 1 ala carte which was the steakhouse we thought it was good, we go to orlando a lot and eat at the steak houses there and although it wasnt as big portions as in America it was still lovely The pool bar guys eren and ramazan were great, eren makes a fab gin cocktail and ramazan was always bringing more drinks when we were finished, both great guys and are a credit to the hotel. The guy in the lobby bar i cant remember his name he always says ya :) he was great too always a big smile on his face and very funny Now the entertainment team where do i start, they blow my mind, they dont stop from morning to night, the ladies in the kids club and minidisco run by the wonderful Yagmur, yagmur you are amazing with the kids and Summer misses you so much also Dilara, Sumiyah and Adina, Summer loved the kids club and doing morning yoga and all the crafts you made her holiday great. the minidisco was great with Yagmur and Dilara at night making sure all the kids were having fun. The boys Ozcan, Kerem and Aziz you guys are excellent at your jobs you made sure everyone was having fun and enjoying themselves what a great entertainment team led by Emrah not once would he pass by without having a chat making sure we were ok. We have travelled to lots of hotels and as this was our first time in turkey we didnt know what to expect but you all made our holiday the best holiday we have ever had. There is also a funfair on site which is open at night which is great for the kids, there is so much to do in this hotel you would never be bored. The location is perfect right on the beach with its own private beach and pier with a bar, lots of sunbeds around the pools were available at any time of day when we were there so no morning rush. Wicked hotel and service is top tier.. Hotel is in a good location and they really can’t do enough for you.. Massive choice in food and there’s something for everyone.. Even gave us a later checkout for free on the day we was leaving so we could more or less have a last full day

I loved the stay and the hotel and staff were perfect especially Hakan lidere he was so helpful. The room was also amazing the beds and pillows were amazing and the food an drink was exceptional also the pools are the best and so much variety to choose from.
