Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. We have just returned from an amazing holiday at the Saturn Palace, we were sad to leave. Highly recommend this hotel: The hotel is beautiful with lots of amenities for children of all ages: pools, water slides, football, entertainment team etc. The staff go above and beyond: they are so helpful especially Ibrahim Develi who helped us change our room when we needed to, gave us advice on how to get the bus to the old city and waterfall, was so helpful with everything that we needed. My kids have allergies and he took us to meet the chef who offered to make anything specially for them and showed us which foods they could eat. Emin who was working on the beach most of the day works so hard, bringing pizza, lahmacun and all kinds of snacks to guests on the beach as well as bringing drinks around often. The food in the restaurant is delicious: they have amazing Turkish food as well as different cuisines and something for everyone including fussy eaters. There's a huge array of desserts. The staff ride around on a bike bringing ice creams and ice lollies throughout the day which the kids loved. We tried one of the Alacarte restaurants and my son loved having the steak. The rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel. The cleaning staff work very hard and do a great job. A big thank you to all the staff at Saturn Palace Hotel who ensured we had an amazing experience with many happy memories.

The whole hotel crew treated us all like family , especially the entertainment crew they are AMAZING and FUNNY !! Would definitely recommend , the food is outstanding very delicious. The entertainment at night is so amazing such good dancers !!!

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. We went as a big family holiday (11 of us!) and the hotel was amazing! I can’t find one fault with the hotel at all. The animation team are great and are always finding ways for people to be involved in the games they do throughout the day. We loved the darts and the shooting! Special mention goes to Ozkahn (hope I spelt that right, apologies if I didn’t) who was great at every part he did from the animation team! The kids club was great, our kids went there quite a few times and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the kids were able to paint T-Shirts, bake cookies, make pizza. We felt so at ease leaving the kids there for a few hours and they had so much fun there. The waiters at the poolside and in the restaurant are lovely. They would always come round and ask what drinks you would like so you hardly ever had to go to the bar and could just stay by the pool (special mention to Cagri who supplied our dads with the beers one after the other haha!). There is WiFi throughout the hotel. For those interested in the football they had the champions league and europa league games on in midweek in the patisserie bar and the TV/Quiet room. The food was great and the selection of food got better throughout our stay, the rooms were clean and maids were superb at cleaning them every day which we appreciated so much. This hotel has so much to do there and we would definitely come again. Best hotel we have stayed at!

For us it was the first and definitely not the last time. We had a wonderful experience, the service was better than expected. The staff was so nice and friendly all the time, nothing was to much for them and they were ready for service 24/7. For the kids is so much to do with the kidsclub, mini disco, pools and playgrounds. The beach was nice and clean and we also did the parasailing what was a wonderful experience. To all the staff, thank you kindly we will meet again. ♡♡♡

We’ve just returned from a week at Saturn Palace with our two young children, it was absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely food, and lots to do for the whole family. What made the holiday though, was the staff. The staff are brilliant, they cannot do enough for you. Emin, one of the waiters in the main restaurant was so lovely with our children and went above and beyond every day for us. Likewise, Eren in the bar by the pool was fantastic. We were so sad to be leaving and would love to return. We would recommend Saturn palace without hesitation!
