Hello everyone. Unfortunately my holiday is ruined. We would give this place one star. The service is terrible, the staff does not know English, they do not know how to behave with people, the room is dirty, the food is disgusting, there are a lot of Arabs. There are two huge queues for food in the dining rooms. in the dining room where Arabs eat there is a larger selection of food. The smell is terrible, water flows in the toilet all day long. The bar is just terrible at three o’clock in the afternoon they have no beer, and the cocktails are whiskey-cola or vodka-sprite. We have never seen a dirtier place in our lives .

Just to add to my previous comment about the hotel, No internet in the rooms only at reception ! We went all exclusive, hotel very dirty and needs updating, ants everywhere. They still have old box TV which they put us in on the room first day, bathroom chrome all rusted. Some of the food not edible, drinks very limited. The hotel Hammam avoid not worth the money better going elsewhere. Not 4 STAR it's 3 star max. Love Holidays you need to check hotel out and rate it you self !

My theory was, people only come on Tripadvisor to review if they’ve had a bad experience. Surely there are lots of people who don’t leave a review because it’s good and they’ve no complaints. There are always a few bad rooms in a hotel, and obviously we’d get moved if we got one of them. NEVER AGAIN will I think like this, if I read bad reviews I’m not booking it! THIS HOTEL …. ACTUALLY it’s not a hotel, it’s a club, which I’m told locally means a place for groups…. THIS IS A HOSTEL…. It is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed, we unfortunately had to stay one night. After refusing to move out of the reception with our bags fully packed, the hotel eventually moved us next door to the El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui. This was cleaner, or at least our room was, but still awful AND WE HAD TO EAT OUT EVERY NIGHT. The Hard Rock Cafe next door was full of people from this hotel. The entire Mouradi group of hotels on this ***** of beach are all way lower than the given stars. We spoke to someone staying in the 5 star one who showed us photos of his bathroom and it was the same tiles full of mold and ants in the hallway carpet. STAY AWAY, DO NOT GO HERE. This hotel and all in the group needs to be closed for a year and refurbished, then they should rightly so put up their prices and stand proud of this prime spot of beach.

Terrible hotel could not eat the food ended up eating out. Snacks no existent huge que to be told no more left. Room was dirty cigarette ash dirty nappies dirty bed sheets dirty towels bathroom filthy took ages to get it sorted. Check in took hours very poor customer service had to wait ages to pay tourist tax as only 1 card machine. Staff very rude don’t seem to like British people. Do not risk a visit to this hotel we so wished we had listened to the reviews but took a gamble and lost as all poor reviews are true Stay clear

Block 505-508. I was in between these rooms. Very poor run services. Check in veeery slow. Got keys late. No information about about how to get around the hotel. I was given a key with no instruction as how to find my room. I had to ask and they organised for someone to take us to our room. No information about how to call the reception should you need help in the room. No towels in the room, had to ask everyday somedays they would bring somedays they ignored my request. Minimum towel I could get was 2 whilst we were 3 people. Bathrooms very dirty and I don't think they were cleaned. Restaurant.... the hotel hosts bad mannered people. People licking food, didn't know how to wait on the que, and touching food with bare hands. Fighting for plates like school children. Arguing and nearly fighting (some hotel staff and tourists included). Some hotel staff gave bad attitudes as though not interested. Very dirty plates not cleaned properly. My son refused to eat, ended up eating out. Beach, Pool very nice. Entertainment very good. However, we were forced by the entertainment team to review and give 5 star, we refused as we knew it wouldn't reflect the true picture of our experience. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this hotel if going to Tunisia again. It's a dirty place and hosts bad mannered tourists.

We were guests at Hotel EL Mouradi. Today we returned home after a week's stay. We are very pleased with the hotel staff, who were very nice, friendly and helpful. Varied and tasty meals. My son fell in love with delicious and colorful desserts. And now the most important thing! We would like to thank all the animators from the bottom of our hearts! They organized various activities every day and in the evenings there were dance parties and various other attractions. Yoga and aqua gym with the animator Achraf were amazing!!! I will miss these classes. Achraf, Ilyes, Jawhar, Wael, Ahmed, Salim, Tayssir, Dorra, Mayssa and Drien, thank you for your kindness, for having fun together, for your huge heart, for your care, for the joy you shared with us!!! Stayed here for 2 weeks from the 8th June just myself and my 8year old daughter. I Wasnt expecting much as id seen several bad reviews. The check in was a bit iffy, but that was down to the Love holidays dilemma NOT the hotel, although was sat in the reception area for quite some time whilst this was rectified. (Again no fault of the hotel) once checked in i was escorted to my room (413) by the most delightful porter who dragged all our luggage single handedly. Our room was spotlessly clean and spacious our balcony looked out onto the garden at the front of the hotel so was not over looked. The bathroom again was spotless with a huge vanity mirror and much to the delight of myself and my daughter a full size bath tub and over tub shower. Then off to lunch. The dining room is large and extremely clean. If any thing was dropped on the floor a member of staff was there and whipped it up before you knew it. The members of staff that greeted you at the door for each meal were very polite and friendly. The food, there is something there for everyone! Fussy eater or not. The food is hot and fresh and quickly replenished if one of the trays became empty. There is traditional Tunisian food which was delicious, and each and every day there was a array of different pastas and pizza. Plenty of salads and a beautiful display of delicious cakes and fruit. The pool area is huge!! There are 2 large pools and 2 kids pools each with a small slide. And also a little playground too! There are plenty of sunbeds, mattresses are charged at 2 dinar a day 50p (Bargain!) The beach is beautiful the sand is white powder sand could maybe benefit from a little beach combing on a morning as there is bits of palm tree on there but certainly not an issue just more from an aesthetic point of view. The staff are an absolute delight! They could not do enough for you! The bar staff were lovely, especially the evening ones. The animation team worked day and night to keep every entertained, my daughter especially loved the mini disco on an evening. Cleaning staff were just amazing, there was not a footprint of spec of dust on any of the gleaming marble floors or a finger print on any glass table top or door the place shone! The lady who manned the loos next to the dining room was outstanding so friendly and kind, i took pleasure in looking for her to greet her every day on my way past, her loos were shining clean and smelled beautiful! Now that we’ve gotten all of the positives out of the way now for a little constuctive criticism. The shop, you paid a different price for the same things depending on who was working that shift. The drinks, The sugarfree option is few and far between. And you have to either beg or disclose medical issues to obtain one. The alcoholic drinks were a little bizarre, i had asked for a cocktail and it was putrid. I tried a vodka it tasted nothing at all like vodka. The whisky tasted the best out of all the drinks. We are currently staying here brilliant hotel, food is beautiful, hotel is very clean, wifi works brilliant, staff are all very friendly, cash machine and exchange in the hotel, rooms are nice beds are comfortable, only 1 pillow but they are fine, clean towels everyday, it’s a short walk to the beach but once your there the staff bring your drinks down for you so that’s a plus, the animation team can be a Little pushy but they are into trying to make everyone join in and they could do with maybe being told about children with hidden disabilities just so they have some understanding but that’s not me complaining about them, I honestly can’t fault this hotel 1 bit
