All the staff are so friendly! Special thanks to Rawdha for her lovely service and all her help! The food and drink selection/variety is great for all, and we loved the different entertainment too! Thank you for making our stay amazing (thanks to Mohamed too for service and Aladin for quad bikes!)

We had a good seven night stay here. The rooms were of a generous size, the beds were comfy and the bathroom was good, the place was well serviced by the staff. The buffet restaurant was good with a wide variety of tasty well cooked dishes, the only disappointment was the inability to keep the hot food, other than if it had just been cooked! The service provided by the staff both in the restaurant and the bar area was exceptional. The location of the hotel is great, only 30 minutes from the airport and a 30 minute walk to the marina. My only criticism, was that there were room renovations going on whilst we were there, and you don't really want to hear drills going when you are trying to relax around the pool!

Lovely stay, everyone is very friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive. We had problems with our safe and they came straight up to sort it, had to ask for extra tea bags and milk but was given it without any worries. It was the biggest bathroom and towels were changed daily, there was soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion available. Went on a tour with Freddy to the market, he works in the hotel and is very charismatic, he drove us and another couple in his car and was chatty and friendly throughout. Massive choice of food although it can be warm rather than hot there is a microwave you can use if you want. Would I go back, yes without a doubt. Good time to go as wasn’t heaving but was busy. Our cleaner was lovely and even gave me a hug on our last day to say goodbye. Only issue was someone very drunk obviously couldn’t find their room and then got into an argument with someone else. . . the language from the drunk woman was aggressive and disgusting! Within half an hour or so someone from the hotel came and spoke to both parties. Would I go back, yes most definitely.

Really good. First of all we must mention Nabil on reception who helped us book taxis for our trips to Tunis / El Gem etc. Hasluma who cleaned our room 168 perfectly, and Zarhdine who looked after us so very well for our evening meals. We went to this hotel via easyjet holidays. When we got there, we checked in, and then spend £45 approx for hotel tax. We were shown to our room. The room seemed to have no electricty, the TV/Fridge was off, we could not work out the safe instructions, as the safe buttons were worn. A call to reception, the number given to us by Hasluma, was made, and approx 15mins later someone came to check and sort the issues out. The hotel in places does look a bit tired. Paint peeling, cracks in the mortar, paintings not hanging correctly. However, the hotel is SPOTLESS! The food is good and plentiful. The staff are super friendly, they speak French, Arabic, some English, German. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. The spa is close by, again spotless. I know we went in low season, but the hotel was clean. There did appear to be lots of people eating at breakfast and dinner, but even here in the restaurant, everything is clean. The hotel will change GBP into dinars for you to. What did strike me as strange, was when you enter via the front door, you have to put your bags etc thru the xray machine. Yet, enter via the beach, and you could be anyone, carrying anything, and you are not checked? The other issue is, they have a few shops, and in one they have a goldfinch in a very small cage. Yes its singing away, it has water, and food, but it cant stretch its wings! The issue is, they seem to have hotel registered sellers of excursions etc. They are friendly, yet persistent. You really have to be strong and say no several times for them to go away. If you are on the beach, you may come across other sellers, these are hurried away by hotel beach security if they get too close to the seating. All in all, a brilliant place to stay. We had pretty decent weather, if you got out the wind, and in the sun, it was warm. A yellow taxi to Sousse was 20 dinar approx £5. We got a private hire on 2 days to spend the whole day with the driver, who took us where we wanted to go Tunis one day. El gem the other. Each day was £130. Yes expensive, but the whole day with no hassle. This was arranged via Nabil at reception, and driver was Monj. 2 excellent days.

One of the best hotel I stayed at in tunsia the staff are amazing and can not do enough for you. Special thankyou to yassen in the reception bar and also sondes who done me amazing massage thankyou pool indoor is 39 deg.I must say all the staff at this hotel are brilliant. I can also recommend aladin for the great trips to buy for days out. Room was kept so clean The foods lots of choice and so tasty Drinks were good ,I personally didn't like the vino but all other drinks were great and the cocktails made with real juice not red and green and blue colouring. Entertainment team were fantastic a nd always tried to get you involved ,but were not too pushy,good entertainment. Walk left outside hotel then right top of the road, walk 15 mins you arrive at a wonderful shop that sells everything for set price. Also download bolt it's like Uber you can pay cash no haggling ,we went to the huge shopping center and Carrefour for 6 diner about £1.40 10 min drive away Please book you won't be sorry

This is me and my partner’s second time staying with Iberostar and i cant express enough how amazing both holidays have been. From the staff to the food, all the entertainment and the housekeeping staff, pretty much everything was perfect for us. We arrived at the hotel at around 10.30pm and after talking with the reception and getting our all inclusive bands we were quickly taken to the dining room where they had kept back a selection of buffet items just for us even though dinner had ended a while before. Our room was ready for us after dinner so we went and unpacked and of course headed straight for the bar, all of the bar staff were amazing especially Fethi and Kavel. They had loads of different cocktails and even a specials board that would have one new cocktail and mocktail everyday which were always great. The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner all had great options, I am more of a picky eater, I was more than happy and my partner found so many different things to try everyday that were delicious. The chefs stand in the dining room and cook fresh right in front of you and they are all more than happy to answer any questions about the food. The entertainment staff made our holiday. Zico, Kitty, Nora and Lilo did everything they could to make our holiday special, they are all so good at what they do and we will be coming back just to see them again. Unfortunately one member of the entertainment staff interrupted what was an otherwise perfect holiday. My partner and our friend were playing the air hockey machine in the sports bar and it had stopped working half way through a match, our friend had went to find help and came down with a staff member called Zuba. After we explained what happened with the machine he proceeded to speak to my partner and friend like they were stupid, insisting that they didn’t understand how the game worked and even at one point said that “this isn’t my job” implying he didn’t need to try and help us out. He was extremely rude and dismissive. Granted the situation doesn’t sound very serious but Zuba stuck out to all of us, I guarantee if we had asked any other member of staff to come and help us they would have done anything they could to help, and at the very least been polite to us. We told staff about how he had been acting with us and a while later he showed up again trying to cover for himself, telling us that we don’t understand and that we shouldn’t of been angry. After asking him politely to just leave us alone for the rest of the night he still floated around where we were, staring at us, it made all of us very uncomfortable. This didn’t ruin the rest of the holiday for us but when everything else is so perfect Zuba stuck out to us as someone who doesn’t fit in with the rest of the team. We went on quite a few trips outside of the hotel and it’s so easy to sign up, Freddy and Aladin are always floating around the reception ready to tell you about what’s happening throughout the week.
