The hotel was overpriced as compared to quality of rooms. Rooms are shabby and bathroom has leakage. The quality of linen was poor and the room was not cleaned properly. I should get 100% refund

1. there were no windows in room
2. rooms were not tidy
3. the staff was very much arrogant and didn’t have any courtesy in talking with guests
4. there was no arrangement in breakfast for kids
5. there was no vallet available for parking.

Neat and clean. Polite and attentive staff. God food. Nearby railway station. Overall good place to stay at.

Pathetic staff at the reception and the manager. Unruly and impolite. They extracted 1200 bucks from me for the tea spills on the bed sheet as damages charge. Haven’t experienced this anywhere &mind you i am their regular customer coming to them every alternate month to the city since years. Guests will automatically sit on the bed and eat as there’s no space in the rooms except the bed space. Incredibly tiny rooms. Have experienced one or another issues in the span of two years and now i am done with them for sure. Highly unprofessional rude snoots.

If you want to make tea in the room, you have to make it with bisleri water. Because these people forbid you to give ro water when you ask for normal ro water in this hotel

Property location, amenities, and services are excellent. Property maintained very well. Food was good.

Ac remote not working. Empty tooth paste box very poor service food quality is not up to mark.

We arrived in evening 7. 00 pm on our stay date. First thing they allotted very small room 126 sq feet when my booking was for big room 222 sq feet. It was not cleaned at all. My son paid rs 50 to the boy and he opened big room and just dusted floor. Very poor housekeeping staff. You will always find housekeeping supervisor seating in some room watching mobile. The owner has done an excellent job in infrastructure but he do not have staff to carry out the job. The rooms building is separate and route pass besides kitchen and a small event hall. The path and hall was also not cleaned on both days of our stay. The housekeeping supervisor shall be taught a lesson or two. 444 and 400 are numbers for room service and housekeeping, but the staff never picks up phone. When i called on 9 he said the room service person will call you but i did not receive any call. Then i went out and found one housekeeping executive watching mobile social media, i caught him then i told him that 444 is not being picked. He then called on some number from intercom of that room and immediately i received call from room service in that room. The restaurant staff is given food still they keep on munching on food meant for guests.
