Hotel Shugetsukan

Didnt get any of the meals so i cant vouch for that. Hotel is not within walking distance from the station. There’s also curfew if you ever plan to go out at night as the owner will withhold your room key from you should you choose to leave the premise and have a night out. It’s a traditional Japanese style room which is nice but the wifi does not reach at all if ur room is on the furthest end of the hallway. There is a public bath with an onsen-type bath which is nice but it closes at 2200 so there’s limited time to use it as well. Overall, staying here once is enough. I wouldn’t recommend it even for business/solo travelers looking for a stay near the station, especially with the whole curfew, key security and weak wifi here.

門限（24時）を会食で10分過ぎてしまい、事前に遅れる旨を電話で伝えたうえ、大変申し訳なかったと謝ったにもかかわらず、受付のお爺さんにものすごい形相で「社会人としてどうなのか」「約束を守れない人間は人間としてあり得ない」と大声でめちゃくちゃ罵倒され、本気でびっくりしました。。。申し訳なかったと平謝りましたが睨みつけられたうえ、ドアをあからさまに乱暴に閉められ、舌打ちされてさっさと入れとの仕草をされました。。。虫の居所が悪かったのでしょうか。。。もちろん10分遅れた私が悪いとはいえ、客に言う言葉ではないというか、平気で上からの立場を取る宿です。絶対、絶対おすすめしません。このような対応をしてこれまで営業してきてらっしゃるのが信じられません。特に夜に会食などの予定が入っている方は時間を気にしてゆっくりできませんし、少しでも遅れただけで鬼の形相で罵倒されます。駅からも遠いですし、泊まると不快な思いをされる方もいるかと思います。泊まるなら駅近の全国チェーンのホテルをおすすめします。二度と泊まりません。
