Our spacious 120m² condo is located in the Akigawa Valley area, just a 4-minute walk from JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station. It's an easy trip from the city, only 60 minutes from Shinjuku and about 2 hours from Haneda Airport. We offer free on-site parking for up to 3 cars. Within walking distance, you'll find tourist spots, carefully selected restaurants, cafes, and convenient supermarkets and convenience stores to make your stay comfortable. Built into the side of a valley, our facility's main floor is actually its second story, visible from the street. The private staircase on the right leads you down to the first-floor entrance, which is nestled in lush greenery. This space offers a peaceful and serene environment, a surprising contrast to its location near the train station. The reinforced concrete structure ensures a quiet and completely private stay, allowing you to enjoy it like your own villa without any outside noise. The villa is perfect for longer stays, featuring a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, a private bathroom and air conditioning, and a private gym (OP).

The rooms are like new construction renovated from a factory built in 1961 There are three rooms on the premises Ichibankan Nibankan and Sanbankan Ichibankan and Nibankan are in the same building facing the road and Sanbankan is under the stairs Ichibankans parking lot has 2 spaces in the steel frame structure next to the kitchen Nibankans parking lot has 2 spaces in the Lshaped lot next to the entrance and Sanbankans parking lot has 2 spaces in the covered garage
