City Stays BELÉM Apartments

It was a convenient location and walkable to my conference as well as small restaurants and some shopping.

Lovely stay for 5 days at City Stays Balem with family if 5 adults. Apartment had all the necessities and was in a quiet area (with supermarket nearby) and walking distance to Balem Waterfront. Best of all, communication with the ‘host’ was easy by WhatsApp and they managed to support immediately.

The place was nice and clean and located in a central location. The only issues were the shower is a little awkward and leaks to the rest of the bathroom and the dishwasher was not working. Also the washing machine took a long time to do a small load of clothes.

Our hostess Mafalda was extremely helpful. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a fantastic view. The best place I could hope for!

We stay 3 days and the booking and checking was all done online and via phone, it was smooth and easy. The apartment is in a good location, (10 m walking to mosteiro dos jeronimos) close to a main tourist point and buses. There is even an ok supermarket 150 meters away. BUT.... the apartment was okay furniture, all essentials in the kitchen, there were a few repairs or damages visible but nothing off putting except the smell from one of the bathrooms that didn't improve during our stay. In all we were happy with our choice.

O apartamento é bem claro e arejado. Tudo novo e com utensilios que ajudam numa estadia mais longa. Porém ao akugar preste atenção que pode pegar no terceiro andar como foi nosso caso numa viagem longa com muitas malas... e se tiver uma pessoa com dificuldades de locomoção sem chance. E nosso pedido foi paea 4 pessoas . Tem uma cama de casal e um sofá cama bem desconfortável , duro e não deixaram lençóis suficientes. Passamos duas noites bem difíceis ... lembrar os anfitriões deixar lençóis. Recomendo para familia pequena.

Reserva para correr la Media Maratón. no pudimos tener mejor acierto. Los dos apartamentos que ocupamos, el cero y el uno, eran exactamente iguales. Están nuevos, muy decorados, completos. Tuvimos a Mafalda pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo. Muy recomendable para instalarse en Belem.

Sejour de 3 nuits en famille à lisbonne. Tres bien, quartier tres calme et propre. Possiblite de stationner son vehicule tout proche gratuitement. Climatisation au top ! Grand appartement agreable. Salle de bain un peu trop petite. Cuisine pratique. Il faudrait rajouter quelques ustensiles. Comme il est excentré, voiture nécessaire mais possibilite de prendre uber.
