Staff was cooperative but services were pathetic. I ordered for a morning tea and called twice with a gap of 30 mins but i didnt get the same. Breakfast was included but leftover and cold food was served

Breakfast quality are not upto and not sufficient for 1 pepole and room ac not working and washroom wash not cleaned hote water are not available at night working only in day this is not acceptable

Rooms are specious, well interiors, bathroom is found neat and clean. Room service is poor, behaviour of management is not good, we are requested to exceed check out time only for two hrs but not accepted granted by manager. Property location is more distance from dargah sharif. Breakfast is not good/ testy, qty less and price is higher side. But location of property is nearer by ajmer railway station.

This hotel is to good. I got more that i was expecting. So all people who came to ajmer please stay in this hotel

Rooms are good, we came with family. We stayed in triple bed room. Overall experience is good. I like the place it’s 1km from dargha.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
