The hotel was pretty good better than Mumbai and Delhis 5 star hotel, Service was excellant and the staf Kavita was so kind and Good chief and very nice restaurants, Thanks also to Sumi and all receptionist guys, I can highly recommend this hotel

Kavitha from F&B department was a very good waitress who is having very nice gestures. I had a incident at the room and this nice lady who was working for house keeping did a good job there. Overall the food and the service was good. I would highly recommend. Special thanks to Manish

Rooms are ok - need staff to be more aware of cleanliness regarding bed sheets and towels. Hotel entertainment are excellent Restaurant - lemon leaf We held a family party and service was great best service from Kavita, always smiling and willing to help and most staff members very helpful in the hotel

Overall the service was shockingly poor (would rate 0 if I could). Combined with lacklustre room quality, I would not recommend this hotel. SERVICE: (0/5) During our stay, our room had to be changed due to sudden bathroom repairs. Yet, despite it being very inconvenient to pack all our luggage and have to move out so quickly, no room upgrade was provided even upon asking. Furthermore, a hotel of this price would typically also have staff to move baggage between floors and rooms, yet no such staff seemed to be present, which was quite inconvenient with us having to move 6 suitcases to put room. Additionally, they call room phones at quite bizarre times (e.g. at 11PM), which can be quite the hassle when you are going to sleep. Finally, some improved english comprehension could be appreciated. ROOM: (2/5) In terms of space, the size of the rooms were quite respectable. However, compared to other hotels of this price, several issues do stand out. Despite rooms housing two people, there seems to be a low amount of commodities. For instance, only ONE toothbrush was provided, only two towels (typically there are 4-5 provided) and only 2 compared to the usual 4 water bottles provided. Cleanliness could also be improved, with some towels being somewhat stained (and also very tough) and some parts, like tables and scales, not being cleaned. Buffet (2/5) Buffet was somewhat mediocre. There was enough food to be filled. However, the selection was limited and there was little rotation of food items between days.
