The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah

We stayed here from 31st January for 7 nights and had a fantastic break. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding and all of the staff we spoke to were a real credit to the hotel. Our room was beautiful with a lovely view over the pool and each morning we swam in this before breakfast which was a delight. Breakfast was taken out doors with a mixed selection of buffet and a la carte. We spent our days either on the beach but went on a trip to the mangroves and to visit the fort in Ajman. We enjoyed both but did not feel there was much more in Ajman itself. The restaurants in the hotel were both superb and offered a great menu for dinner. We ate in the hotel each evening. We also used the spa and the treatments were superb. A large party had the hotel booked for the last night of our stay but this was no issue for us and we’re treated to a room service breakfast which was again outstanding. We would recommend but feel it was probably more suited to adults rather than children but this my differ at other times of the year. A new pool and restaurant was to open soon and this also looked to be superb.

The Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah Ajman. Layout and design of the hotel, the gardens including the tranquillity, quality of the food, staff attention and service were all exceptional. We were well received at reception and Divya Marwah, director of rooms made us feel very comfortable and provided a wonderful room with the perfect view over the gardens and sea. Joan greeted us genuinely, whilst George at the concierge desk, was extremely polite, professional and of much assistance. Our housekeeper Bhagyalakshami made us smile a couple of times by placing flowers on and around our Ganesh statue. We were very pleased with the quality of the cuisine and service provided by all the staff. Pieter, a larger-than-life character brought a little laughter to our experience. Priya and her colleague who had been promoted from housekeeping, were delightful, and it was nice to meet the head chef and assistant restaurant manager, Gotham. Both lunch at Aquario and dinner at Vinesse were excellent. Do not worry if you forget your books as the hotel as an in-house library. Although we did not use the pool, it is the longest in the UAE, and clients looked very well taken care of. All the staff were friendly, professional, and made us welcome throughout our stay. Ideal if you plan to visit Oman.

The best resort in the UAE! It truly awakens your senses! Visually the sleek architecture, vibrant greenery and charming beach being so much serenity. The scent of Jasmin flowers through walkways and frankincense Le Labo body products ensure guest relaxation. The sounds of birds chirping and waves washing the shore are so intriguing and the food is outstanding. The staff go up and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and your needs are met. We used multiple facilities such as the restaurants, kids club, gym, beach…etc. all of which were outstanding and children friendly. The complimentary welcome goods, Christmas goodies and farewell pancakes made our stay extra special. Highly recommended.

Extremely tranquil, modern, clean, super classy and exclusive property. Impeccable service. Fantastic wellness experiences ( yoga, sound healing, meditation) Food was absolutely incredible- although there are only 2 restaurants on site, we never once got tired of the food due to the variety and quality. The breakfast is made to order along with a cold buffet which means everything is fresh and catered to your tastes. No waiting in long queues for hot omelets or dosas! Will definitely be retuning to this property.

The peace and serenity are one thing, but add an amazing team on top really making this a very special resort. My wife and I loved the stay, this was our 3rd visit and evert time it just gets better. Definitely our favourite go to resort in the UAE.

Sincere gratitude to Jay and Mayan, and their team at the Oberoi for providing us with an incredible weekend stay. The dining in the Vinesse was perfect, we had the Angus steak cooked to perfection and the outdoor environment was peaceful and very tranquil. The gym and pool facilities are excellent! The hotel feels private, and exclusive even when at 80% capacity. The grounds are well maintained and we had lots of wildlife to enjoy during our stay, we even had two parrots visit us on our balcony. The rooms are 5 star with high end finishes, amazing views, comfortable lounge spaces and excellent entertainment, plenty of great movie channels if you have children or prefer a quiet night in after a nice meal. The spa, massage and wellness facilities are best in class and extensive, there are also a great selection of activities, kayaking and yoga to chocolate tasting, we will certainly try the golf course during our next stay.
