1) For all Pay at Hotel bookings Please inform the property in advance to hold the room if you are checking in after 16:00 hours.

2) Please note Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in for security reason and failure to present valid identification will result in cancellation of booking without any refund.

3) Please note Pan Card will not be considered as Id Proof.

4) Please note that the property does not allow Unmarried and unrelated couples to check in.

5) Please note that the property does not offer rooms for single occupancy

6) Please note that the property does not allow Guests with local Id proof to check in.

7) This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. Accommodation can be denied, no refund would be applicable in all above circumstance if the hotel denies check-in.
