The hotel room was poorly maintained. The washroom was not clean or up to standard, and they did not provide fresh, neatly arranged bedsheets.

there is a telephone issue and a hot water issue .

rooms are very small. terrible experience

the maintenance and cleaning of the room was not their. flush was not working properly. bathroom handle was broken. there was no electric kettle. the terrible thing was their restaurant was not working and they asked to place order on food and delivery app. overall not recommended for comfortable stay.

The hotel is located at a prime spot. Walking distance from the riverfront and max 8-10 km from lots of tourist attractions. The service was also very nice.

The hotel rooms are very small, its bathrooms are even smaller. The hotel is very old, there is no restaurant in this hotel. The hotel service is poor.

Rooms are clean & hygienic. Staff are polite & behavior in manner. Location also in market place & easy to find it, i found the hotel heritage reference from the make my trip.

the rooms are small but clean. they had hot water facility and the staff is quick to respond. they should provide more amenities
