Moustache Agra

I Gotta say. ..... Whatta experience, Whatta fab stay, thoroughly professional, Its literally a home away from your Home. I would like to mention about Mr Deepak, He was so hospitable, made my stay truly memorable. The amenities, the stay, overall the property is +AAA. Very strategically located. Their cafeteria although a bit small but served Yummy food. The terrace area ( cafeteria) is so hep, n swanky. Had a chilled out vibe to it. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, shall surely visit again.

The hotel sent us a message just when our accommodation could not be canceled free of charge to tell us that our room was no longer available and that they could not accommodate us. I think it's a scam, place to absolutely avoid!! L'hôtel nous a envoyé un message juste au moment où notre hébergement n'était plus annulable gratuitement pour nous préciser que notre chambre n'était plus disponible et qu'il ne pouvait nous recevoir. C'est je pense une arnaque, endroit à éviter absolument !!!

I have stayed in several moustach hostels all over India and they were all great. Expect for the moustach in Agra. Just a terrible place, extremely bad internet, everything is dirty and seemed not been clean for a while and the showers simply don’t work. They kept saying things like it takes 15 min or the mechanic is coming but that were all lies. See other reviews that the showers are not working for 6 months already. It’s a joke this place. This moustach is a disgrace and should be closed. I asked for a compensation as I couldn’t use a bathroom and the manager told me he would speak with his director but he simply ignored me the rest of my stay. The last day there was a working shower in a dorm where 8 others were sleeping. That bathroom was the most disgusting one I had seen during my 4 weeks in India. People had been smoking in there and it looked like they haven’t been cleaning there for several months.

Do not stay here! We booked it because we had such a great stay in moustache Delhi but Agra is nothing like that! The sheets were dirty, no hot water and very noisy. My main complaint though would be the unfriendliness of the staff they just don’t care. The restaurant food was ok but even in the restaurant the service is uncaring. Just an uncared for place.
