For sure this hotel was the last as part of our organised section of our tour of the dolomites. There is a lady on reception, the face of the hotel remember, who needs to go back to hospitality school. She occasionally borders on hostility. I shan’t name her but she’s a lousy goof. The hotel is being done up with construction across the floors. No noise that I noticed but aesthetically it disappoints. The spa was decent enough for twenty euros. Good sauna and streaming rooms, for sure, and the pool is fine. But the exotic sounding ice wall which piqued my interest was out of order. We booked in a sports massage with Madeline who did a fantastic job of untangling our knotted muscles and other soft tissues / tendons. I felt so content and renewed afters. She is an excellent masseuse. We dined in the restaurant for dinner. Almost comical service from our waiter but his heart was in the right place. The food was above average. See pics for details but the dining room is tired (not been refurbed yet). Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was incredible. The grounds are lovely with exciting views of the mountains.

Be forewarned that this hotel has an extremely strict cancellation policy. It was my mistake that I did not write down the name of the hotel where I made a reservation. They took my credit card information online but there was no transaction for me to trace back to the reservation. Finally I had to reserve a different place or we wouldn’t have a place to stay. I understand that they needed to charge me for the night I didn’t show. Maybe even a second night would be fair. But four nights?! That’s ridiculously strict.

Great stay. After hiking in the Dolomites for 4 days we were tired and sore. Laura made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We booked a massage, spa visit and lovely dinner. Our room was upgraded to a large, airy room with magnificent views to the mountains. Breakfasts were generous and the entire staff accommodating and friendly. Loved our stay here.

I cannot recommend this Hotel enough. Not only is it a comfortable distance from the centre of Agordo and a bus stop, the building itself is a joy to stay in. The breakfast was good and the hours agreeable. What I was blown away most by, was the staff and their cooperation and friendliness to make sure you enjoyed your stay in the hotel and Italy as a whole. In our case, we had run into difficult walking the Alta Via 1 and needed to reassess the route and rejoin it. The staff were willing to talk at length about the area, bus stops and issues to look out for. A huge thank you to Martina, who, by offering to get a friend to give us a lift, probably saved the majority of our holiday.

We (family of 3) stayed in a triple room for one night at this hotel at the cost of €250 including breakfast. This price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the region, yet still utterly disgraceful for the service we received and the state of the hotel in general. Check in was fine, somewhat marred by the smelly brown water in the vase of dead flowers on the counter. Late afternoon we wanted to have a drink on the terrace. We waited half an hour but nobody came. When we went inside to reception to ask if we could have a drink, we were told to order at the pool bar. Nobody was at the pool bar! Finally, someone came outside to take our order. We nursed our drinks for two hours - nobody came to ask if we wanted anything else. After putting our son to bed, we went downstairs to the bar. Despite sitting there for one hour, nobody came to ask if we wanted to order anything. Even despite sitting at the same table as a couple who had to ask (and wait 30 mins!) for a drink. The bedroom was hot, there was no air conditioning. The woollen blanket on our son’s bed was unnecessary. Although the old furniture has a certain charm, the loud rattling of the wardrobe any time anyone moved was irritating. Walls were as thin as cardboard - we could hear the upstairs neighbours enjoying some adult time, conversations in the hallway and people outside on the terrace until late at night. Breakfast was absolutely not worth the money. Scrambled eggs that looked and tasted like they were made three days prior, no gluten free alternatives, juice that was not fresh nor refilled and again nobody who asked if we would like a coffee/tea. Check out was equally as abysmal - we waited for fifteen minutes, and the bell twice and when finally someone came, no questions were asked if we had a good stay, no apology for keeping us waiting etc. The only positive part of our experience was the view which was beautiful. Strongly recommend that you pay a little more to stay in a better place. We will most definitely not be back.

Ho letto parecchie recensioni negative, però quando siamo arrivati siamo stati sorpresi perché alla fine non era male hotel come si diceva, le camere un po’ rumorose e vecchie ma niente di che ha del potenziale basterebbe poco. Colazione buona personale bravo, c’è anche la sala con il bigliardo

Ho soggiornato questo weekend presso la Villa ed è stato un DISAGIO totale e un ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE che non auguro a nessuno. SONO INTOLLERANTE AL LATTOSIO mi avevano detto che si sarebbero organizzati per i pasti, ma non è stato fatto, a parte la prima sera che sono riuscita a mangiare un pasto completo tralasciando il dolce che mi è stato servito assicurandomi che non c’era latte, nonostante la panna evidente sul piatto (era un tortino al cioccolato dal cuore caldo FATTO CON LATTE) poi quando siamo andati a chiedere se potevo mangiarlo mi hanno chiesto scusa per il disagio e assicurato che si sarebbero organizzati per il giorno successivo, MA NON È STATO COSÌ. Quindi PER TUTTE LE PERSONE CON INTOLLERANZE ALIMENTARI NON CONSIGLIO QUESTA STRUTTURA, perché al momento paghi un sevizio che non riescono a darti. Per non parlare della disorganizzazione e la mancata comunicazione dello staff, quando chiedevi informazioni in automatico ti rispondevano di sì ma non avevano capito nemmeno la domanda. Per non parlare della spa (servizio extra non compreso nel pernottamento) ci avevano detto che ci avrebbero portato gli accappatoi 30 minuti prima della prenotazione nelle nostre camere, ma non è stato così siamo dovute scendere con i teli da bagno per poi essere rispedite in camera dalla signora della spa perché ci doveva portare gli accappatoi e non potevamo stare lì, nonostante ci fossero gli spogliatoi dove potevamo attendere tranquillamente l’apertura al posto di farci fare avanti e indietro con un neonato e una bambina. Essendo un servizio extra CHE PAGHI ti aspetti professionalità che non c’è stata visto che ci hanno dato anche accappatoi vecchi, lesi e tutti bucati, per non parlare del freddo che abbiamo patito perché l’acqua della piscina non era affatto riscaldata come c’era scritto, ci siamo dovute riscaldare con l’acqua della doccia, per poi tornare in camera dalla spa per lavarsi e non avere i teli per farlo, perché erano appena passati a pulire le camere, e quando vai a chiedere i teli puliti mancanti gli addetti ti rispondono che “NON GLI ABBIAMO PERCHÉ SI STANNO LAVANDO” allora le vanno a prendere da altre camere. (non so se erano puliti o usati io nel dubbio non le ho usati). Per la mia esperienza personale è stata una vacanza da INCUBO dove non ho ne mangiato ne dormito (causa camera freddissima nonostante riscaldamento accesso e fosse piccolissima) e se devo consigliarvi questo hotel mi spiace ma non lo consiglio.

Un po’ deludente, avevo aspettative molto più alte. Il problema principale per me è stata la pulizia, camere impolverate , ho commesso l errore di guardare sotto al letto e ci ho trovato un cumulo di polvere e capelli. Stessa cosa negli armadi e in bagno, all interno dello scolo della doccia ho trovato un cumulo di capelli . Poca manutenzione e cura nei dettagli, anche il soffione della doccia era rotto, due dei tre faretti del bagno erano fulminati. In oltre ho trovato un solo set di asciugamani eppure abbiamo prenotato una camera per due (e vabbè, sarà stata una dimenticanza.. sorvoliamo) Per il resto la struttura è carina, la sala colazioni e il giardino grazioso , con una bella vista sul monte civetta.. il personale gentile. Però da un tre stelle mi aspetto molto di più, più pulizia. Era evidente che non venisse fatta una pulizia e una spolverata da mesi. Probabilmente il personale si limita a cambiare la biancheria e svuotare i cestini perché non mi spiego. Nota positiva per la colazione ben fornita sia dolce che salata e per il kit di cortesia con prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità. Ho apprezzato la posizione molto vicina (circa 20 min di auto ) dal comprensorio ski civetta ad Alleghe. Spero che questa recensione possa aiutare a migliorare alcuni aspetti perché in fondo la struttura è valida ma manca la cura.

Bellissimo albergo, noi siamo andati a fare un pomeriggio nella spa, nel complesso anche carina e accogliente, purtroppo abbiamo notato (come già recensito circa un mese fa) disagi all’interno della stessa per questi problemi: l’acqua della piscina era molto fredda, nella doccia a bordo piscina c’era un ristagno d’acqua acqua, anche all’interno della stessa la temperatura ambientale non era confortevole, anche negli spogliatoi la temperatura non era piacevole. All’uscita della sauna c’è la cascata di ghiaccio ovviamente non funzionante. Gli accappatoi (eravamo in 6 persone) 5 erano lisi e con buchi evidenti. Dispiace vedere una location tenuta così, perché potrebbe avere davvero tante potenzialità.

Dall'esterno non sarebbe così male,se non ci fossero tutte quelle bandiere stracciate,che assomigliano ad un campo nomadi ! Fatto il cenone di capodanno, cena da 4, musica....una noia mortale, segreteria da rivedere ! Hotel sopravvalutato !

Ci siamo recati alla spa...ambiente piacevole...peccato per per la presenza di alcuni ospiti maleducati, che urlavano, sbattevano le sdraio, con continuo uso di cellulare ecc....avvisato il personale non veniva preso nessun provvedimento....usciti un po' dalla disperazione un po' per non litigare....diciamo che il concetto di relax in spa è un'altra cosa!!!!

Esperienza bruttissima, con i dipendenti della struttura non disponibili ma dopo aver chiesto all'arrivo se nel pacchetto fosse inclusa la cena., la risposta "o 3 ore di Spa o la cena, scelta la cena, la sera arriviamo al ristorante mi chiedono di pagare la cena. Camere ridottissime poco efficienti con luce da cimitero. Personale che non collaborano fra di loro, poco cordiali, etc. Etc. Immaginate voi...

Poca serietà, professionalità e rispetto per il cliente, camere ridottissime. Poco disponibili, non collaborano tra di loro nella struttura. Arrivati sul posto nel pacchetto incluso la cena ma la sera nel momento di entrare al ristorante mi chiedevano di aggiungere di pagare la cena stessa
