If your planning to stay at this hotel definitely stay in Cool Living section and request a room number 800 and above! Beautiful friendly hotel with fantastic veiws from the exclusive cool living infinity pool/bar/restaurant. Postives: * Fabulous staff *Delish Food *Lovley clean room everyday *Excellent cocktail menu, fantastic procecco *Incredible weather ☀️ *Honeymoon package included... Fruit and a bottle of bubbles in room. Breakfast in bed for one morning. Spa massage for 2. Night out trip to the city. Wonderful free gifts in the room and on departure. * Grab and go drinks fridges we fab! Negatives: * Long wait for a pick up from the top of the hill if you missed the minibus. Mini bus every 30 minutes but hotel avertise golf carts when its actually mainly nissan cars taking you up and down. * Minimum day snacks in the cool living section but the main hotel bar at the bottom has an excellent selection if you can be bothered to travel down the hill. Cooling living guests should get the same snacks as paying more! *App to make restaurant reservations never worked for our whole trip. *Not all premium drinks are included as advised! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Book Cool Living!

Amazing hotel with the most wonderfull views. The staff couldnt be more friendly anything you asked for they did their best to sort it for you. They even went the extra mile when our transfer refused to wait when the could t come up to reception to collect us and left us in the lurch (boy thats going to be a different review) they arranged and paid for a taxi to take us the 75km or so to the airport at no expense to ourselves. Rooms were neat and tidy transport up and down the hill was regular and easy and the food was all nice. Cannot praise this hotel enough and we look forward to coming back

We spent our honeymoon at Domes Aulus Elounda and absolutely loved it. Huge thanks to George, the Operations Manager. Back in January, when we made our booking, we sent a bunch of questions and George personally replied to every email, patiently guiding us through everything and helping us feel confident about our choice. When we finally arrived, he welcomed us in person, remembered our conversation, and made us feel instantly recognized as Hilton members. The room upgrade was a wonderful surprise, and his warm, personal approach made all the difference. The view from our room was stunning, and the food at Greko Levante and Vatanne was honestly some of the best we had in Greece. This place has heart not just beautiful views and great food, but real people who make you feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

We have just spent 11 nights at this hotel, all inclusive and paid to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi which meant we were allowed to use the ‘cool living’ (upgraded pool & breakfast and lunch buffet) area. Some staff stood out as being so much nicer than their colleagues. Alexandros and Stella (barman and waitress in cool living) were lovely. Jason one of the drivers was also very friendly. Our room was lovely and the view is to die for, the exclusive ‘cool living’ pool and section is also amazing with its stunning views. The breakfast and lunch is far superior to the one down the hill and we were thankful we upgraded. However we had several issues: - Firstly we upgraded to a suite which thank god we did because it meant we had access to the nicer pool and buffet. If we hadn’t then I would have been severely upset given what we paid. They do not mention this in the description and simply try to pass off the exclusive pool as their standard pool in the photos. Our room is located at the top of a hill which you need a vehicle to get up or down from. This is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel information and I once waited 35 min for a vehicle to simply go down to the gym. You have to wait outside in the heat or you may miss it as they don’t knock on your door. - Only the ‘cool living’ facilities are a walk away from our room so if we needed to go anywhere but the pool/nicer breakfast & lunch buffet we would have to wait. - No one checks to see if you are allowed to use the upgraded area at the top of the hill which we noticed after a few days and saw more and more guests going up. It’s frustrating when you have paid significantly more for somewhere that then becomes overcrowded. - There are 3 evening restaurants but you can only book once, I’ve never been in an all inclusive hotel that restricts the amount of time you can book. So we were forced to eat at the evening buffet down the hill for the rest of the nights and the food was no where near 5 stars. It constantly did the same food (pizza and pastas - not things I ideally want in Greece and would prefer local food) and offered very little variety, and was the same no matter the evening. Room service is also chargeable which I’ve never heard of in an all inclusive. Especially when it’s such a chore to wait for a vehicle to take you down when you would just prefer to stay in on occasion. - There are wasps everywhere, in every restaurant as there isn’t a single restaurant that is inside. So you are constantly trying to run away from the wasps as we moved tables various times to try and eat in peace. This is clearly a management issue and they need to find a solution and everyone was frustrated. - Sadly there are no snacks between breakfast and lunch which is frustrating if you wake up late or are particularly peckish. Most hotels have a snack bar that runs alongside their restaurants. - It seems as they are clearly short staffed as when we arrived at 07:45am (breakfast opens at 07:30)

We recently stayed at the hotel and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with the front desk welcoming us with warmth and professionalism. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel’s amenities exceeded our expectations, with special mention to the state-of-the-art gym and the stunning pool. Breakfast was rich and of high quality, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. Everything we ate at the hotel’s restaurants was also incredibly delicious. The location is ideal, as it is close to all the major points of interest in the city, allowing us to explore easily. We’ve stayed at many hotels, but the excellent service and high-quality facilities at this one truly made us feel at home.
